Is never rushed or in a hurry to finish and consistently gives great suggestions on whatever my issues are at the time I visit. 5 /5 Kevin Meenaghan: I changed my primary care provider to the Skagit Regional Health system and specifically to the Residency Clinic in late 2023. I could not be happier. Ive been pleased with their customer service, their listening and their help getting me "on track." I also really appreciate the My Chart online and app-based system. Specifically, I see Dr. Savannah Wilkinson, who is in their third year. Theyve been a great listener and recommended informed courses of action...and makes me feel comfortable. The overseeing attending physicians have also been great. As is Michael at the front desk...very patient, attentive and a great communicator. The only very slight drawback at SRH is that the financial assistance is only by phone...cant be seen in person. They returned my message quickly and explained my situation well. Very highly recommend the Residency Clinic as well as the other aspects of the Skagit Regional system.
