2 /5 Rachelle Drost: I took my son here for his first dentist appointment because it looked fun. I wanted him to have a good experience so he would want to go back and not have a negative association with going to the dentist. The play area is fun but that’s where it ended. If the dentist enjoys his work you’d never know it. He was in and out in 2 minutes. Made no attempt to even talk to my son at all, and claimed because we couldn’t get x-rays there’s no way to know if he has cavities without them, which is complete nonsense. I was a dental assistant for 12 years, yes you need X-rays to see cavities between the teeth but you can absolutely check for them on the biting surfaces. He said without x-rays we’d have to wait for a cavity to be obvious just by looking at it and we would need to sedate him and then fill it…and get x-rays. From what I can tell it’s just a “get as many people in and out as quickly as possible and get as much money as possible from each one”. Why else would you want to wait until a cavity is huge? Maybe if the didn’t seem to hate his job so much I could have been a nice experience. But, there was no oral hygiene instruction, no toothbrush and floss or little toy at the end. I just expected something different from a place that specialized in pediatric dentistry but the overall vibe is surprisingly depressing.

5 /5 Stacey Andrews: These providers and professionals are the cream of the crop and Im not one to leave reviews. Everyone was kind and patient. The clinic is emaculant...my pet peeve. The building is so cute even though Im 52. Lol I admit I love bed the model wooly mammoths! I am impressed. They were very upfront about what my bill will be to proceed with a crown, no BS in involved. Super impressed.

2 /5 Betts Construction: I visited your office three times in three days. You were running a half an hour late every time. I had to wait 30 minutes to find out that the dentist on duty doesn’t do crowns there fore I needed reschedule. At the next appointment I waited 40 minutes to find out that my son wasn’t receiving a replacement crown because the next dentist felt it wasn’t needed. When the previous dentist said it priority to have it replaced. I was forced to pay for a new crown upfront and then he never received one. I was told my money would remain as a credit until needed. I was told my oldest had 8 cavities and that all 8 would be filled at once. They only filled 6 and told me to make another appointment. It seems like this office likes to bill insurance for appointments that were never needed. They also need to work on their communication. Nurses walk away while talking to you. There for you can’t hear them when they are giving after care Instructions.

1 /5 Alisha Kelley: I will be honest I was not happy with them. I have a 6 year old autistic son we were there right on time for his appointment we waited 30 minutes to get into the back and then waited another 45 minutes to see the doctor for him to tell me that he could not do anything and that he was sending him to a provider that can be more experience with autistic children. I feel like they should have told me that right from the gecko I feel like it was a waste of an appointment when I could have scheduled him somewhere else I feel like to make anybody wait as long as they made us wait especially a child with autism especially when I told him he had autism at the very beginning of me making his appointment.. this is not the first time that I’ve had this experience with them and will not recommend nor will I take any of my kids back to them.

1 /5 Lil Useless: I would rate this lower but I can’t. Ever since I started going here I have issues with my mouth. I got my wisdom teeth out and there was a passageway between my extraction site and my sinuses they did nothing. They tell me my fillings will be white only for them to do silver fillings. They “fix” my teeth with fillings only for me not be able to chew on one side and on the other side to be in excruciating pain when I eat anything with any amount of sugar in it such as bread. I mean if they fixed my teeth why is it still hurting and why can I not even chew on the other side weeks after my appointment. I wish I didn’t have to go to this god forsaken dentist. I’ve only heard and experienced negative things about this place. They don’t care about fixing your teeth. I feel like they want you to keep having to come in so they can make more money. It’s a joke.
