1 /5 Stephanie Howard: My dentist sent me to Ashmore orthodontist. And when I made the appointment, they didn’t tell me you can’t wear any Jewelry cause we need to do certain things. And then my second appointment was to take photos of my mouth and then I had already made a third appointment. And I said to the receptionist, I will see you on the 25th. And then 30 minutes later, they call me and said oh you didn’t pay us and they already had told me. Oh yeah we’ll see you on the 25th but they didn’t say oh you need to pay us. I’m thinking that there I will have to pay them on the 25th but I need to pay them on the fifth. Very rude receptionist and very unprofessional financial person she talk to me in the lobby with all of the patients around instead of taking me to her the office very very unprofessional. I’m so upset and they told me they were going to email My receipt of me paying them $600. Which they did not!very unprofessional I’m so upset that I’ve already given them my money.
