I felt very comfortable pusuing the most likely repair because Mose’ & Carlos were so kind and patient with answering the multitudes of questions that I had. I got the vibe of honesty which is very important to me. Carlos told me to bring my car back in 15 days so they could check for any new codes that might pop up. Follow through to boot! Instead of pay your invoice. Here’s your key back. Good-bye. That is good customer service that will build a relationship with any new client.
