3 /5 Kevin Harrington: Definitely eh.
I called ahead to get a quote for a drivers door lock and ignition switch replacement for a work van and was told they had the parts on hand, could complete the job in a day or two and were actually doing the same job for another customer at the time I called, so I chose to go with them.
After leaving my van with them for three days without hearing anything from them, I called Jeremy at the front desk and was told that they had the parts but were waiting for their locksmith to key the cores alike before they installed them. On one hand that’s great because I’ll have one key that works for all, but on the other..if I knew that 3 days into the job they didn’t touch it, I would have taken the van to another shop that could’ve done it sooner.
I eventually got my van back 8 days after I originally dropped it off, with a $637 total for the work done. I had a couple clients that I had to postpone work for, but all in all, the product works and I’m satisfied.
