Palace Spa - Federal Way Nicole McCoy: I visited this spa for the first time yesterday, and it was an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly kind, and although we didnt share the same language, we managed to communicate just fine ā with plenty of laughs along the way. I chose the Diamond Package, and my skin has never felt better!
The experience starts with a 30-minute soak before your treatment. After that, they exfoliate your skin for about 45 minutes, followed by a relaxing massage with lotion and oil. They also apply a facial mask and wash your hair, which was such a nice touch. Since I had a lot of tight muscles and knots, my attendant focused on deeper massage techniques and guasha, which left me feeling better than I have in ages.
While the facility itself isnāt particularly fancy, the quality of care and results speak for themselves. Iāll definitely be returning!
