    Justin Wojslaw: My car was towed into their unsecured lot for a diagnostic. No issues, they replaced the battery and changed the oil, but it all went south from there. The Lot is completely unsecured and at some point overnight, the vehicle next to mine was stolen. In the process of the theft my family van was severely damaged. The next morning I called to check in and was told about the incident. The way they chose to handle this situation is beyond all comprehension. I still havent received a copy of the police report though I was handed a post it note with a incident report number on it. I asked what their plan was for my vehicle. There was literally thousands of dollars in body damage (see pictures) I was told the owner was out of town and would be in touch. Days later I received a text message from the owner stating that his insurance told him that he didnt need to cover it. That instead my insurance would cover it. My insurance company has already deemed them at fault and is going after them for it. My vehicle was in their shop, in their possession, on their lot when this happened. Unbelievable. Further Investigation they have a super cheap limited liability insurance policy which is bare bones required to operate. Im now having to handle this through my insurance. They offered no discount for work that was done nor have they offered to make any effort to repair the damage to my vehicle or even at least pay my deductible to my insurance company. This is such a tremendously terrible way to operate a business. "Oh sorry, my insurance said your insurance will cover it”. Thanks guys.
