2 /5 Sheila Johnson: Lacee cut my hair in July to even out a cut from a former stylist. I set up a follow up appointment. On the day of the appointment. She texted that an unforeseen issue had come up and she had to cancel. No worries. I asked her to reach out when we could reschedule. A week later I was on a walk, went into the salon and saw she was there with a customer. I left, didnt want to interrupt. I was surprised she hadnt reached out to reschedule. She did text me that same day and offered one date with two times. I couldnt make that as I had an appointment in Olympia. She didnt respond back. Two days later I asked if there were other options to reschedule. She has yet to respond to that text (it has been 2 weeks). I am sure she had established clients to reschedule, but as a new customer who had the potential to become an established client, the lack of communication is incredibly disappointing. So, if you are experiencing this lack of communication, you are not alone. I was lucky enough to find a wonderful stylist at a different salon.
