Kammie Elings Heather was amazing! It was my first time doing anything to my lashes and it was great! Her place is so clean and such a relaxing setting. Highly recommend!

Melissa Ferguson I dont know the girls name but she was in there working about 5:30 on Wednesday and she was amazing she was so sweet and so patient and the recommendations that she gave me for my hair had my hair turn out exactly like I wanted it Im so impressed by her I just want to thank her I wish I could thank her if you want your hair to turn out perfect they really know what theyre talking about

Kim Coleman I Love Shopping at Sally Beauty! The staff are always friendly and very helpful! They have a great selection of supplies for the beginner to the profession nail technician/beauticians/Cosmetologist. I love the many choices and brands Sally has to offer as well as on-line shopping if they do not have an item in stock. There is plenty of parking and long hours of shopping available! If you have a question, you can always call, they will help you. :)

Jen Taylor Tiffany owns this small business and I couldnt be more thrilled with her work. The salon is down town main street Chehalis in the building with the brown awning. Theres plenty of parking and easy access for handicapped or the elderly. Tiffany herself is incredibly talented. She just knows how to help a client figure out what they want and what looks stunning on them with their face shape and own personal routine. I get my extremely long thick hair cut and colored routinely from her... about every 6-8 weeks... and brow waxes as well. The color is always spot on and I leave the salon feeling like a million dollars. Her confidence boosting appointments always linger well after I leave - weeks in fact - and I always look forward to the next time I see her. She has multiple stylists working for her and a very talented nail artist who also rents space. I like visiting with the other stylists and find them incredibly down-to-earth and really stellar people. If youd like, Tiffany is always open to texts or reminders of your upcoming appointment and I always find that super helpful since life can often get carried away. I wish I could give her and her crew more than 5 stars. It doesnt seem to do her justice... because this salon is top notch!

Shelby Pemberton The Salon itself was adorable. Very convenient location. I came here to get my nails done around Halloween and I LOVED them, I have never been so happy with an acrylic set. However, the person who does nails is TERRIBLE at getting back to you when you want to schedule an appointment. I have texted, left voicemails, and reached out on Instagram within the last two weeks and nothing. Extremely disappointed with this behavior because I thought I had found my new regular nail lady. Bummer.

Sheila Johnson Lacee cut my hair in July to even out a cut from a former stylist. I set up a follow up appointment. On the day of the appointment. She texted that an unforeseen issue had come up and she had to cancel. No worries. I asked her to reach out when we could reschedule. A week later I was on a walk, went into the salon and saw she was there with a customer. I left, didnt want to interrupt. I was surprised she hadnt reached out to reschedule. She did text me that same day and offered one date with two times. I couldnt make that as I had an appointment in Olympia. She didnt respond back. Two days later I asked if there were other options to reschedule. She has yet to respond to that text (it has been 2 weeks). I am sure she had established clients to reschedule, but as a new customer who had the potential to become an established client, the lack of communication is incredibly disappointing. So, if you are experiencing this lack of communication, you are not alone. I was lucky enough to find a wonderful stylist at a different salon.

J Mackenzie * update… back again this time for a cut and a color. I couldnt be happier. The prices are reasonable. The cut as always was perfect and the color today turned out amazing! I will continue to go here for everything hair! Thank you Teresa Fahey!! You are amazing! ❤️ As always this salon is phenomenal. I have difficult to cut curly hair. I’ve tried everywhere else, inside and outside of town. Went back again today with dry brittle hair, stress induced I’m guessing.. the care was amazing, the cut was perfect. My hair is soft and lays correctly again. I received a cut when out of town and fought it from day one through 6 months. Didn’t know what was going on. Now I know, it was cut backwards or upside down for curly. It was cut bottom up not too down. These ladies are amazing. My definite go to. Next time I’ll schedule before I go out of town. Hands down recommend to everyone!

Maddy The women are very nice and honest. They do an amazing job and tell right away if they think something is a bad idea. Kara is always my go to and she did a terrific job on my hair. It was crunchy , dry , dead and faded and now its healthy strong and a beautiful deep purple red. You will never regret going to head rush 10 out of 10

CJ Tryon We love Theresa! Only person Id let near my teenage daughters hair with bleach and dye. She goes above and beyond to make my daughter feel like its a safe and supportive place. Hands down best for those bright bold reds!

Kiylee Huguenin I go to Ariana for my lash extensions and she does an amazing job! I am super picky about my lashes and she is always listening to the changes I want! She spends more time on my lashes than any other lash tech ever have and is such a kind person. I have went to over 5 different people for lashes and they have never given me what I actually wanted till I went to her!

Faith Hartranft highly disappointed in the customer service i received following my eyelash appointment which lead into my eyelashes snapping off and coming completely off less than a week later. I was offered no refund, refused my "contract" that apparently has me agreeing to the no refund policy, there was no resolution and her only response was to go to another tech. the pictures are 1 day in between, and only 1 week of the service i received, they were completely snapped off or came off by the 8th day. not worth the money.

Beth Longshore Stefany is very meticulous about what she does, and isn’t that exactly the type of person you want to entrust your skin to? She’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to and makes you feel like family. Her studio is a very comfortable and relaxing environment. My rosacea is getting better under Stefany’s care. Monthly visits to her studio are just one of the necessary self-care expenses that even my husband doesn’t mind. And let’s face it…no one tames wild brows like Stefany! Make an appointment! You won’t be disappointed!

Dilynn Phillipps Went into this salon confident with the stylist knowing what I wanted (all over silver, I’ve done the same thing for 10 years, and it was the only thing talked about beforehand of said appointment) only to be uncomfortably swayed into a hair color/style I have never done when I sat in the chair, being told what I wanted would just ‘take too long’ and she could make it ‘very close’ to what I was asking for. During my appointment with this stylist she also did NOT brush my hair appropriately and ended up ripping a decent amount of hair out of my head from brushing it wet and in a vulnerable state, with no concern about it, more than 2 brush fulls-worth. I used to use 3 crocodile clips and it goes up with one single crocodile, now. I was NOT shown the end result before I left the salon only to go home and actually see what I was given for hair. I’m guessing I wasn’t shown not only because of the under subpar work she did or the fact she told me she was late to get her son. And not to mention she never posted the work she did on my head to her platforms so right there might be a hint she wasn’t proud. She did take pictures. These pictures shown are 2 weeks after my appointment with shania. I washed my hair one single time with cold/lukewarm water, color protected shampoo and conditioner of course, a week and a half after our appointment. My line of demarcation was still so apparent in these pictures. That is where most of my breakage is as well. She ignored my messages and then claims I took too long to let her know she messed up or she would have offered to ‘fix’ it. It was not an easy ‘fix’ from how much the foils bled. Both front quadrants should have been red it bled so much. Ha (not funny) Which with how much hair loss I have had and the trauma caused from that appointment, that is why it initially took me two weeks to even send the first message that was ignored. The word trauma means a deeply disturbing experience and the definition only fits with my time in this salon. I could not believe what I saw, I’ve had multiple other professionals look at this now. Educators in Cosmetology and professionals included. Every single person is speechless in the worst way. When my first message was ignored, I had no choice but to get help elsewhere. I missed multiple days of work being so upset as well. She never even checked in with me to see how I was doing and if I liked it. She never even tried to reschedule me for the future. My message and me were simply disregarded. I have now had to have 5 inches cut off to make it even and not look like I have had hair loss AND have had a new stylist put 12+ hours onto my head to get what I originally came in and asked for the first time. Still no breakage like there was with shania. All of these hours and love and preciseness with my new stylist and I still haven’t been charged what I was in this salon. Crazy. I will never EVER recommend shania wilson as a stylist of any sort let alone anyone I know with blonde hair. The ‘blonde expert’ should definitely be retracted from her portfolio. And more people she has wronged should write a review. I know I am not the only client who feels this way. I just want people to save their money, sanity, peace of mind and time before they go thru what I did and PAY hundreds of dollars for trauma and such bad color work. I will end this by adding I will not be gaslit into thinking this is beautiful work worth hundreds of dollars I paid.

Ellysa Galpin Made an appointment with Shania. Got a text that she was running 30 minutes behind. Show up at the requested time to still wait 45 minutes before leaving. Would have been happier had this long of a delay was communicated as I had to take time off work for this appointment. Truly disappointed to not get my hair done.

Allyson Haley is amazing and by far the only hair stylist Ive ever trusted 100% with my hair. I can tell her to just do whatever and it turns out great everytime and thats rare to find. Im never letting go of her!! Shes great at hair and a great person in general. Ill be a longtime customer of Copa Salon. 10 out of 10!

I wish i started seeing her sooner! I truly recommend her to anyone considering treating themselves to a beauty treatment!

Crystal G. This lash artist has been so helpful. She uses high-quality lashes with great results that last and still look amazing for several weeks. My lash retention has been excellent, which is not my experience with other lash artists. She is so knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. We discuss what legnths look best for my eye shape and I leave loving my lashes. Her prices are really reasonable too! Sam takes pride in all of her work. I highly recommend her with any of the services she offers! You will not be disappointed!
