They were kind and worked with me on drop off/pick up times. Quicker repairs than I’ve had dealing with any other auto body shops!! Would definitely recommend for your car repairs.

I was pleased from day one when I took my car to CARSTAR in Federal Way after being rear ended on I-5. Not only did Bob and the team do a stellar job at making my car look as good as new, but the coordination with the rental car agency made it so easy. I not only got picked up at CARSTAR but also left the rental car at CARSTAR when I picked up my repaired and clean car. I also appreciated the texted updates during the repair process.
