5 /5 Sarah Perbes: We were sent to this location after having our vans window smashed in and vandalized. This was our first night in Washington after moving all the way from New Jersey for the Military. The customer service was amazing and communication timely as well. My twins car seats and their stuffed animals had glass all over them. The team went above and beyond for us even cleaning them up for them. I truly am so pleased with the service we received here. Thank you so much for your kindness in what was a horrible first experience in WA.

3 /5 Elena Hlavaty-Laposa: Please don’t discuss anything about your customers in front of other customer who is waiting in the lobby. There was no communication from the shop for the two weeks, even though I was told that I will receive messages for minor updates and calls with important updates. There was a paper I was supposed to sign when dropping off a car, I was told to sign a blank paper prior to it being fully filled out. And when I was pickup my car, I had to request a walk through as I was asked for a payment prior to a walkthrough of the work that was done. The paint color did not match the original color. The emblem was not put in place properly.

1 /5 Cody: Avoid this business if you want quality repair work done. Paint defects on newly painted surfaces, wavy panels from improper repair, panel gaps that dont align and terrible swirl marks in the paint as well as writing left over from a paint pen left in the sun that is now burnt into the clear coat. Car was rushed before month end to boost numbers rather than to provide quality work. Edit: Oh yeah they looked into it... they "changed" the front bumper but it still has the broken grill from the collision and the passenger front fender still has the same amount of swirling. The rest of the clear coat was damaged by their bad washing practices and they left a film from some cleaner all over the interior of the vehicle. But hey they fixed the gaps in the panels... when I mentioned the issues with the paint the only offer I got from the manager was to go 50/50 for a corrective detail... really wish I could give no stars. Youre definitely the champions of poor customer service and poor quality work.

I brought in my F-150 after it got splattered with road paint on the rear passenger side and underneath the vehicle. I was worried it might need a repaint, but the team worked some serious magic. Not only did they remove all the road paint without needing to repaint anything, they did it flawlessly—no signs of damage, discoloration, or shortcuts. As a bonus, they detailed the inside of the cab, which I wasn’t expecting. It looked and smelled brand new when I picked it up. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and care for my vehicle were top-notch from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
