5 /5 Liz Bit: This is the dentist I go to! I have had lots of bad experiences at different places and I have always had a positive experience here. They are friendly, caring and gentle. If you dont have insurance they also have an in house insurance plan you can sign up for which extremely helps! I live in South Seattle now and still commute to this location to see my dentist and the wonderful staff here at the federal way bright now dental.

5 /5 Linzy Moore: Always a great experience here. Dr. Lee saved me from horrible experience I had a different dentist years ago. They are always so kind and accommodating. I have tori so it makes X-rays very painful. The x-ray was extra gentle to help accommodate. I am very appreciative for all the help and making the dentist a not so terrible experience as it has been in the past. The front desk team is also incredible! They are always so helpful when scheduling and rescheduling when something comes up in my schedule. 10 out of 10 for this entire crew!

5 /5 Ramona Dudley-Moore: During my first visit the staff and office personnel were very friendly, helpful and patient while answering my questions. The doctor/dentist explained the procedure and steps he would take to ensure that I would be treated appropriately for my dental issues. I have more visits necessary to complete my treatments and I am looking forward to the next step to complete my dental treatment.

1 /5 Annie: Orthodontist had a very limited schedule. Works only one day a week. So if you had to reschedule, you may be pushed to 2 months out which then pushes your time frame of wearing the braces longer. But our insurance was only paying so many months, so we ended up having to pay for the extra months out of pocket. Furthermore, when they removed the braces, they did not remove all of the glue. We only discovered this because we went to a different dentist for cleaning, which also explained why my son’s gums were swollen because a certain area was not getting cleaned properly. When the other dentist removed the glue & cleaned his teeth, the swelling went down. I would highly not recommend this orthodontist.

1 /5 Hart Schwarzenbach: had a tooth pulled and implant placed. each visit with Dr. Joshua Teh was uncomfortable. Dr. treats you like a number and not like a paying patient. On the last visit, he started cutting without gums being ready and when i reacted to the pain he told me "you need to stay still". then 5 minutes later i couldnt breathe and tried to sit up to swallow. He told me to stay still and there was nothing in my throat to worry about. i sat up anyway. A caring Dentist would have asked if i was ok and showed some concern. i will never see this dentist again.
