Amalia Colocho: 10/10 the view is amazing!!! Great for after lunch walk or morning before/after breakfast. If youre in town stop by and explore a bit, they have water fountains, table sets, public bathrooms and most of the trails are covered in shade not alot of sun exposure.
Jewels Lutovsky: This is a cool spot to take a walk, but it can be dangerous walking across the old tracks as there is separation, and you could fall through. This was my second time here, and both times, I saw grey herons. You can follow the trail all the way to a beach on the other side. There is homeless that live under the bridge also.

The woman who runs the store is awesome, the selection is great. If you are not sure about a spice she might give you a sample to take home. This is the standard for my spice shops now. I only buy spices here.
If you want great spices for great prices from a local vendor then this is the only place you will ever visit. Heck, even if you only care about one of those 3 things then this is your place.
Justin Shepherd: Awesome beach park, great views of the sound with a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Nice place to picnic on a hot afternoon or go explore some easy trails with the kids. A bit of a drive to get here but there was signs helping direct you where to go. The water is a bit murky on high tide so not highly suggested for a swimming spot. Also no spots for boat launching either but is a good starting point for kayake or paddle boards.
Lauren Carr: This small, free museum is worth spending 15-20 minutes in. The space is full of creations from artist Gerry Matthews. These pieces are dadaist art so go in knowing you may not "understand" everything. If you go in with a sense of openness then youll have fun. There are pieces that evoke very strong feelings politically and socially so if youre sensitive to those kinds of things, I would suggest you skip this. Gerry was friendly on the day I went, he was interesting to talk to.
Sharon Coggswell: Was very impressed with this museum. Had no idea what it was like before visiting. 5 major buildings and many small outdoor historic buildings included with admission. All very nicely done. We thought it was better than the Washington State historical museum in Tacoma. Adjacent to a nice park with trails and good bird watching. Reasonably priced. Were comfortable shoes, lots of walking. Nice gift shop with snacks and souvenirs.
Diane J Ramsey: This place was so awesome that I drove here from Tri-Cities with my grandkids. We had such a great time, indoors and out! The kids never got bored, and were sad to leave. Well be back
Nathan Cole: Loved being able to just be outside and be in nature exploring and walking. What a great park for picnicking, walking, or even playing on the playground. Would definitely try and begin water as it does get hot and not certian if the water fountains are always on. Theres sometimes in the summer some ice-cream truck that come by and sell ice-cream.
