1 /5 Larry C.: I went to this dealer service department to service the car I got from my cousin, since the car has been serviced here before, i have a confident that they will do a good job and take good care the car. After making an appointment and checked in on the scheduled appointment day and time, i was told by the service advisor Mark that the recall and oil change service will take about 2 hours, upon waiting for almost 3 hours, i went to follow up at the service counter if my car is done, unfortunately after that almost 3 hours waiting, they didn’t even touch my car, and the other service advisor( asian dude) who claim to be a service advisor’s supervisor said that he didn’t know what happened, Why the vehicle is not done. And didn’t even apologize until i become upset! Very disappointed, for waisting my 3 hours for nothing!Really there’s a lot of opportunity here to grow, i can tell that this dealer service department is very disorganized, no communication, no team work. I don’t trust this folks to do the job at all!
