1 /5 Josh Flores: Made an appointment on December 30th for Jan 13th for 2 tires. Arrive early for the appointment and get told "we dont have those tires, we have to order them. Itll be here in 2 days." So I asked why I couldnt of been contacted before hand and was told " the appointment was made over the weekend we dont work saturdays." Which would be understandable except I made the appointment 2 weeks ago! Waste of time, they dont care about customer service probably because of their amazon contract they dont care about individuals anymore.
