1 /5 Josh Flores: Made an appointment on December 30th for Jan 13th for 2 tires. Arrive early for the appointment and get told "we dont have those tires, we have to order them. Itll be here in 2 days." So I asked why I couldnt of been contacted before hand and was told " the appointment was made over the weekend we dont work saturdays." Which would be understandable except I made the appointment 2 weeks ago! Waste of time, they dont care about customer service probably because of their amazon contract they dont care about individuals anymore.

My wife and I truly appreciate how Jesse took time to educate us on the various tires and their performance based on what we needed. We definitely will be returning and we’ll recommend their store to our friends:)

1 /5 Barry Bradley (Brad): Customer service cool, besides almost being murdered with all of my tires at 54+ psi with one being at 57psi. They told me to drive back. Lucky to find my tire inflator serves as a deflator and my tpsm sensors lighting my display up like a Christmas tree. (Goodyear Assurance WeatherrReady 2 have max psi of 51, car rated 38-42. )Jesus almost literally took the wheels.

Rita D: Took my car in for interior detailing. After they wrapped up, we did a quick walk-through and I pointed out some obvious spots that still needed cleaning - surprised that these were missed. The employee cleaned the spots, and I took off. Once I got home, I had a chance to inspect the vehicle and found a lot of areas that were missed or poorly cleaned - debris left behind on carpets and in between seats, poorly applied seat conditioner, dirty spot that wasn’t even touched between the seats, lots of overspray (dashboard, B pillar trim), rear middle console wasn’t opened to wipe down. I paid for the middle tier package, ($230 after tip) so if that’s what you’re ordering this is what you’re going to get. Lots of room for improvement. I took my car in based off of the great Google reviews but didn’t get the level of service I expected.

J Smith: This was my first time using this shop . I needed to have a battery cutoff switch added to my classic 68 mustang and the transmission serviced on my GMC sierra pickup. They were able to complete both jobs in the same day for me so I only had to take 1 day off of work and the level of service and work I received was amazing. They did a perfect job on both tasks. The owner even drove me home in between services and came and picked me up when it was done. Keith the office guy is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with . This shop is a real relief when the industry is flooded with so many sketchy shops. They even gave me great pricing compared to many other shops I had been quoted by. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for peace of mind when having work done on your car. Will definetly do business again and refer anyone I know needing work to this shop. Great staff. Jordan Grey Shafapay: Thought this was going to be a legit place, they charged me $215 to tell me i need to replace my rear brakes and it will cost me $1400. Big rip off when the parts cost no more than $300. I initially brought my car in to inspect my suspension and axels due to a obvious noise it was making. They couldnt even tell me what was wrong with it yet still charged me a diagnostic fee. Is this place even licensed to fix anything on a car. I would not trust my car here or anyones ever. Stay away from this place, these guys are clowns.

Chengjia C-J Huo: First time to go there for AC service as I found it on Groupon. Location is easy to find where there are plenty of auto body shops. Very professional manager Ali and very skilled mechanic Mehkti did an absolutely awesome job on helping my car’s AC getting back alive with an AC recharge. The service was so fast and they were able to finish it in 15 minutes and with a complimentary diagnostic. Service is professional and price is very affordable. Definitely recommend for any AC and alignment service there. Thanks Ali and Mehkit!

A previous shop had messed up my car, but these guys got it running smoother than before, it drives as smooth as new, matter of fact the car glides, it doesnt struggle to drive anymore, they got me all season tires replacement without me asking specifically for them, and was worried I forgot to mention it but they were ahead of me, my hybrid is quieter and smoother than it was before! I have already recommended them to people I know!
