5 /5 JACQUELYNE ATIENO: I havent interacted with many of the Clinics Providers/Doctors, so I cant comment on them. The two who have seen me are a treasure and priceless. I am always eternally grateful to the Swedish physician who treated me in the emergency room for recommending Valerie Rock, MD. God has a reason why you encounter particular people in your life. I suppose I was sicker emotionally than physically when I first met Dr. Rock. She journeyed with me through my visits and pain and never did she tire. She is The Doctor, not just a doctor. She is well-versed in the medical field, confident, collected, firm when stating her opinions while being very accommodating, has a listening ear, patient, calm, and hospitable. I appreciate how she creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in the examination room. I am a very timid person, so this has really helped me open up during my appointments. To cut the long story short, Dr. Rock is awesome. Dr. Joy Thurman Nguyen is the other gem. I enjoy how she weaves her personal narratives in with the context of the patients visit. Always cheerful. Both physicians are excellent at responding to portal messages and following up with patients. They are excellent at what they do, I must say. You can take my recommendation and run with it; if anyone wants to agree with me, schedule a visit with either. DR. Rock and Joy are always a splendid choice. The front desk does a fantastic job as well.
