Overlake Clinics Downtown Bellevue Urgent Care - Bellevue
Cameron Howe: Have had great experiences with Overlake facilities in the past. However after visiting this location I’m not likely to return. Went in for joint pain. Check in was fine, it wasn’t until after my vitals had been taken that they decided to not take my insurance. The lady at the front desk came back to speak about it. I told her I was fine to pay out of pocket if needed. During that conversation the price went from 150$ up to 250$ so at that point I wasn’t really comfortable with them having access to my card number. Seemed like they were gonna run the bill up if given the chance. On my way out she asked again if I wanted to pay out of pocket which stated again that I’d be happy to if she’d just tell me how much it will cost. She was unable to do that so I left. Very weird atmosphere in there.
University of Washington - Kent-Des Moines Clinic - Kent
Jeff Schuler: They were open , thats about it Id give 0 stars as their website says walk-in vaccines 9:00-15:00 and told me no walk-ins at noon , F the importance of vacation I guess

Covington Clinic South - Urgent Care - Valley Medical Center - Covington
Fortunate Mwanaka: They are very fast and professional. Each time Ive been here it has been a great experience. I really appreciate how quickly they took my toddler in who had a fever and upper respiratory symptoms. 5* service. As a pharmacist I’ve recommended it to other patients and colleagues
Covington Clinic South - Primary Care - Valley Medical Center - Covington
Anh: Stay away! Very dishonest medical billing practices for annual checkup and others. Seems like other people had the same issues. Super bad experience at Valley medical center as well. Suggest everyone to use different care providers. I know I will.
Reber Ranch - Kent
The AJ: I took my 2 dogs for self-wash. They offer many different types of shampoo and conditioner, which I have never seen that many offer before. They offer a variety of brushes and other stuff to accommodate all different hair lengths of dogs. Which were very impressive. After the washing, we got a 1lb free frozen food offer, which were included with dog wash during Mon to Thurs if my memory is right. Also, you get a free wash every 13th wash. They have a variety selection of foods and treats for dogs, cats, and other animals. I get to that area once every 2 weeks, and I will definitely take my dogs there when I am in that area.
Animal Clinic Of Benson - Kent
Angelina Villalobos Soto: Thank you, Animal Clinic of Benson! We take our Church of Pug fosters here, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful care they’ve provided. So far, three of our fosters have had multiple appointments to get them ready for their forever homes, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is so kind and welcoming, and Dr. Lee brings humor, warmth, and genuine care to each appointment. It’s clear our pugs trust him, and we’re so grateful for the love they show to these little ones who haven’t always had the best care before. Thank you from the bottom of our grumble hearts!
Des Moines Veterinary Hospital - Des Moines
Cameron Harding: Just tried to have this office help euthanize an elderly cat. Gave me a reasonable price, then added non-negotiable up-charges of meeting with the Vet to discuss things. Theres nothing to discuss when the cat is old and sickly and we are ready to say goodbye, this add-on was insulting and offensive. She started out nice, then that went away immediately when I said no to up-charges. It looks very bad. Why can you not just do what needs to be done? My mother is elderly and on a fixed income, and you want to nickel and dime her in her moment of grief??
Puget Sound WildCare - Kent
Shannon Staley: I rescued a baby squirrel that was barely moving on a road near my house. Some quick online searching brought up Puget Sound Wildcare in Kent. I spoke with a veterinarian there who was very kind and made arrangements to transport the squirrel there. It turned out the squirrel had a parasite in his ear, and he was quite ill. However, he recovered and was moved into a pen with squirrels his age and size. Fast forward several weeks, I was able to participate in the release of my rescue and his friends. It was such a rewarding and unforgettable experience. Thank goodness these folks are around to help creatures big and small!!
