5 /5 The AJ: I took my 2 dogs for self-wash. They offer many different types of shampoo and conditioner, which I have never seen that many offer before. They offer a variety of brushes and other stuff to accommodate all different hair lengths of dogs. Which were very impressive. After the washing, we got a 1lb free frozen food offer, which were included with dog wash during Mon to Thurs if my memory is right. Also, you get a free wash every 13th wash. They have a variety selection of foods and treats for dogs, cats, and other animals. I get to that area once every 2 weeks, and I will definitely take my dogs there when I am in that area.

5 /5 Me: I needed a decent groomer and was frustrated. My vets office referred me to here. Amazing! Everyone is very kind and patient with the dogs, the animals must be fully vaccinated to receive grooming services, and the facility is very clean. I feel so good about taking my dogs here and they dont seem to mind either. Very happy!

5 /5 Jane Doe: Just switched my girls to Reber Ranch with Dr. April, this will be their new primary vet. This vet is impressive, clean and professional. They listened to me rant about why I was leaving my old vet and explained that some old school vets do not address pain management after surgery, which is insane to me. I can tell things will be different with this vet and Im so happy I found them! Appointments on the weekend? And my vet didnt look flustered or bothered being there on a Saturday morning to help me get their vaccines up-to-date? They even called us the next morning to check on our girls and be sure they were doing okay! I love Reber Ranch so far!! Oh yeah and the pet store is massive and amazing, we were able to pick up our favorite treats on our way out, so convenient!!

1 /5 Roxanne K: Groomers: We took our dog to the groomers 1 week ago for bath/blow out. And sanitary trim plus a nail trim. We live in Renton and we go back and forth to different groomers; Reber Ranch is closest to us. The other groomer is in Bonney Lake. We take our dog to Reber Ranch every other month for trims and a bath and have always noticed his nails could be a lot shorter than what comes home with me. I don’t make a fuss about it I just wait until the next time to bring it up. This time around I had to speak up because my arm got cut by his nails and my mother’s face. I called the groomers today and asked if we could come in today to have a redo because we just came in 1 week ago. Olivia told me it’s against policy for a redo and must be within 72 hours - ie: they have dogs that come in weekly for their nails to be cut. I proceeding to tell her what happened to my arm and my mom’s face and this has never happened. My dog gets his nails trimmed every 4-5 weeks. As I was explaining she continues to talk over me which I find incredibly rude. But that’s not the first time that a person at the desk has talked over me. Not sure if it’s Olivia every time I talk to but it occurs frequently. I spend over $100 every visit and give my business to this establishment. A quick redo should not be a BIG DEAL. Another complaint I have with grooming is their scheduling. I have been rescheduled twice for a grooming after being on the books for 1 month. Both times they have told me a groomer isn’t available that day and they need to reschedule. Why would you allow me to book an appointment in advance and tell me the week of we need to reschedule? We are removing our dog from this place and sad to say the vet office. The staff at the vet and the store have been amazing and everyone has been so kind and friendly. But the groomers and their front desk are another story. Take your business elsewhere.

1 /5 Majken Baldo: Discount Program is a ripoff and customer service nonexistent. On the surface, their Buy 12 Get 1 Free frequent buyer program sounds great, but there are some important things to remember: *You MUST buy those bags in a 12 month period, or you lose all credit. *You must buy the same size bag every time. They are often out of a particular size. Even if you buy a bigger size once, it wont count toward your 12 bags. *For some brands you have to buy 15, or they dont even offer it for that brand. *You still have to pay tax on that free bag. In order to get 12 in one year, you are going to have to buy a smaller bag, which means you pay more per pound. My attached picture does the math. First I compare that small bag at Reber and Chewy with auto ship (30 secs to set a reminder on your phone to cancel, no penalty, no min purchase, etc.) where the discount is better from Reber. But then I compare that discount to Chewys larger bag and look! Those same pounds will cost you $100 a year less. Dont get suckered.
