4 /5 Deana Parkins: Once you get to the office it’s wonderful. The reception was kind immediately. Tiffany is the BEST hygienist in Longview. Dr. Tiegan fantastic. But getting there was probably my worst experience with this great office since we started coming to town in 2020. I have learned that changing appointments is not acceptable. The office manager basically called and lectured me and talked to me like I was a child. If you are someone that needs flexibility unfortunately this may not be your office. I have been served very well for many years. I call him the “Mistro” like he is like an Artist in how he performs! I would highly recommend Cascade Dental Care in Longview, WA to anyone! 5 /5 Donnalee Cooper: I am fairly new to the area and haven’t connected with a dentist yet. My crown came off on Sunday. Called around on Monday to find a dentist. Cascade was able to get me in the next day. I got right in to see Dr. Tiegen. He and his staff were so very gracious and clearly explained my treatment options. It was a very pleasant experience.
