5 /5 Maxwell Read: I have been going to this dentist for my entire adult life. I moved over seas for several years and came back with intense oral pain. Several broken teeth, gingivitis, the works. The words to discribe the agony I experienced would be inappropriate for Google reviews. The professionals were able to diagnose my ailments quickly and start treatment almost immediately. They were also able to work with me when my insurance didnt clear. Two crowns and several deep cleans later, I can eat normally again, and sleep soundly. My gratitude for their work is unmeasurable. Suffice to say, I take much better care of my teeth now and they were able to easily exain to me what I needed to do at home to prevent the spread. Fun and friendly staff as well.

5 /5 Eric Childs: Staff are always polite and professional. Dental hygienists clean thoroughly while still making sure I am comfortable. Doctors appear very competent and knowledgable. They dont mind my questions and are happy to provide me with additional info I need to feel good about my treatment. Overall a well managed practice.

1 /5 Jennifer Williams: Waited more than 6 months for this appointment. They called but didnt leave a message as they stated. There text said nothing about confirming the appointment just that there was an appointment scheduled. Then the day before appointment they sent another text message stating they removed us from the schedule because we didnt confirm. When I called to clarify the receptionist was very disrespectful. Was definitely a disappointment. Thanks for wasting my time. If you were to busy to except new patients then dont schedule new patients.

Tiana&Ward Boyd: I changed my dentist because my previous one stopped accepting my insurance, so we contacted Piper Family Dentistry and were told that they were preferred providers for GEHA. During my visit, they asked if they could take x-rays. I agreed, provided that the x-rays were covered by my insurance. I also mentioned that I chose their office because I liked the hygienist they had. However, when I arrived, I discovered that the hygienist was no longer there. My technician assured me that the x-rays were covered, but I later found out they were not, and now I have to pay more. The dentist was nice, but I will not do business with a company that misrepresents itself. They will bill the insurance, but they are NOT preferred providers, and regardless of what they tell you upfront, they will charge you. I find this office unethical and not forthcoming. They waited until I was in the office to inform me that the hygienist no longer worked there and then changed what was covered once I received the bill. The second star is only because the dentist was pleasant.

They were able to schedule the initial visit within a week after I called. They were able to contact my old dentist in SoCal to have previous X-rays sent. My initial visit was for evaluation, and was quick and easy. I was scheduled for cleaning just a few days later, and that went very well, also. I have no complaints. The cleaning was thorough and painless, and everyone I came into contact with was excellent- friendly and efficient. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Gentle Dental will now be my regular dentist.
