5 /5 Shemaia: Im really happy being a patient here. Dr. Howrey is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and gentle. The hygienist is also very good and especially helpful with recommendations about dental care between cleanings. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. The office is tiny - one of many in the Dupont building complex - but super comfortable, with lots of magazines and a coffee bar. I recommend Evergreen for children and adults alike.

5 /5 Catt Williams: What a fabulous experience. I had an issue with my front tooth and needed to be seen quickly and Evergreen Dentistry was able to get me in so fast! I was a new patient, so we did painless X-rays and an exam before my front tooth was addressed. The whole process was fast, painless, and done with quality. I highly recommend this establishment and Dr. Howrey. Thank you so much!!

I wasn’t expected to talk while getting my teeth cleaned which was amazing and they even put on my favorite music. Customer service was incredible and you can tell they really care about people.

5 /5 David Robb: Good team work here I noticed right off which makes for a positive patient experience as this was my first visit to Evergreen Dental. A minor Dental emergency and my good friends recommendation brought me to the clinic. Plus I was looking for a new dentist as mine had just retired. Dr.Howery gave me a couple of options after checking out my minor dental emergency, a crown. Then followed through with the work and I was on my way. Calm, thorough and gentle would describe the procedure.

Vern Western: I needed a new dentist after recently moving to Bellingham. Gentle Dental is close to where I live, and accepts my insurance, so I went last week. They were able to schedule the initial visit within a week after I called. They were able to contact my old dentist in SoCal to have previous X-rays sent. My initial visit was for evaluation, and was quick and easy. I was scheduled for cleaning just a few days later, and that went very well, also. I have no complaints. The cleaning was thorough and painless, and everyone I came into contact with was excellent- friendly and efficient. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Gentle Dental will now be my regular dentist.

halee berry: If I could give this experience 0 stars , I would. I went in for my appointment my today - after calling and confirming they accept apple health, I get to my appointment. After giving the front desk my apple health card she tells me “your card isn’t working.” Mind you two of these girls at the front were completely unprofessional - were not listening to anything I was saying and kept making me repeat myself. So I proceed to call my apple health and figure out what’s going on. As I am calling apple health, they decide to take me back to my appointment- WITHOUT CONFIRMING MY COVERAGE! I am told if I don’t go back there they will have to reschedule me for 6 months out. I am taken back to a room - absolutely no privacy- they don’t shut the door at all, and I am trying to tell the lady I don’t feel comfortable being seen without making sure I am covered as I cannot afford this visit. She says to sit in the chair and fill out the paper work, and we go over some personal info. We confirm that I am pregnant, and that I am high risk. She then tells me that we are going to the back to get X-rays. I told her I do not feel comfortable Getting an X-ray as I am high risk, and she proceeds to convince me that it’s fine and at this stage in pregnancy it doesn’t “do anything” After going back and fourth she finally accepts that I decline an X-ray. The experience with the actual dentist was fine, took all of 15 minutes, but then when I got out to figure out my coverage it was a mess!!! Again, the girls at the front were looking at their phones, computers, even talking to other patients while I am standing up there. I had to explain myself to 3 different women. After about 20 minutes and getting super frustrated they proceed to tell me “we spelled your last name wrong, so that’s why your apple health card wasn’t working” They did not apologize or seem sympathetic at all, they simply gave me my cards back and you’re covered have a nice day. *sorry for the long post, but I am not the type to review anything, but my experience here was absolutely AWFUL and I would never recommend anyone go here!

Marijo Hoffmann: Dr. Repanich has been our family dentist for the last several years. My husband fell and knocked out a few front teeth. Being a senior citizen (like 85), having enough bone for implants was really tricky. Dr. Repanich put together a team to be creative and make the best use of the available bone...and successfually implant replacement teeth. Throughout what was a time consuming process of several stages,he was always available. It has been a complete success.

Emmeline: I absolutely recommend Dr. Taylor and his office for your dental needs. I have been a patient since moving back to Bellingham in 2015 and have dental anxiety. He always makes sure I am comfortable and well-anesthetized before beginning any work. He’s also willing to look at an area again or review any questions or concerns I have due to sensitivity. The level of patient care shows in the details of how they even make sure to put lip balm on for you before they begin. The dental hygienists are all extremely capable and professional. The cleanings are very thorough and always include home care information and letting you know how your teeth are looking and where you can improve or if you are doing well. Everyone is always very careful to read my chart before any procedure and recognize that I might need more time or patience because of my anxiety. Scheduling has also always been easy, with availability if an appointment has to be changed, and contact & confirmations over text. The gorgeous Therapy dog, Justice, who greets you in the lobby and will go back with you for appointments also really helps!

Ruth Krause: Was a patient for years but got tired of being pushed to get Invisalign everytime I saw Dr Bob. I actually dreaded appointments because of this. I had braces as a teen and my teeth have shifted slightly since. At one point Dr Bob even made the comment "guess your Dad was too cheap to buy the retainers." Its inappropriate to assume such a thing and speak ill of my deceased father. My last appointment there I was a few minutes late. My partner had gotten in an accident and just totalled the car on his way to work while I was heading to this appointment. Multiple staff including Dr Bob came to me to address being late, stating that appointment time is the busiest and now their whole schedule is thrown off. Theyre so busy they all had time to come make me feel like crap. I only heard 1 other patient in there. I got out of there as fast as possible and wont be back. My teeth and gums are healthy, at 44 years old Ive never had a cavity or gingivitis, I dont need a pushy Invisalign salesman for a dentist.
