However, over time, communication became a major issue. They consistently call ahead to verify insurance, but never clarify whether the visit or procedures will actually be covered. Despite us asking about costs during each visit, we were still surprised with unexpected bills afterward. If youre going to run insurance ahead of time, the expectation is that youād inform patients of what will or wonāt be covered. Unfortunately, this lack of transparency, paired with a growing sense that profit is prioritized over patient care, led us to take our business elsewhere.
