5 /5 Craig Moore: Ive never had such a pleasant experience in a dentists office before. I was introduced to the entire staff as if I was being welcomed into a happy persons family. And as unusual as the experience was, it felt genuine. Stephanie, the Administrative (and Dental) Assistant was both friendly and helpful over the phone and in the office. Dr. Riehl and his assistant Devon were friendly, relaxed and communicated the procedures clearly to me. And Christine, the Financial Manager was very friendly and helpful and was able to inform me that my insurance will cover all, or at least nearly all of my expenses. I have never been very squeamish about my dental office experiences yet have never had a more pleasant experience. If I was reading this, I would assume its a fake, but its not.
