5 /5 Nichol Neff: Love this shop! In short, I trust them, they’re kind, and their pricing is super reasonable. Coming in feels like I’m taking my car in to a long-time friend. Auto-anything is not my strength and the staff always takes time to explain what’s going on (without talking down to me). They give me options that make sense and work with my situation. They’re honest and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. And how cool is it they’re local and woman-owned! Highly recommend.

5 /5 Davey Thomas: First of all off the bat, Love this place! Ive had horrible luck with mechanics the past 2 years but this one made up for that 10 fold! I went in last month for work on my car and regular maintenance. I thought I needed 1 thing and they talked me out of it and even showed me I didnt need that work done! They suggested front breaks which I knew I needed and totally forgot about. They quoted me a price and came UNDER QUOTE!!! I also had an oil leak but they wanted me to drive around and come in when more oil is needed. Unfortunately, I cant yet because the oil leak has mysteriously gone away! All of the above is impressive but the thing that impressed me the most was they went above and beyond with customer service!!! They called me, they emailed me and even took pictures of the car and places they wanted me to be aware about!!! The owner made it seem like they personally wanted to take car of me and they did. I even feel bad because I promised to review them but havent been able to until today. I will definitely be back! You should for sure try them out!!!

1 /5 Yuko Mean: Professional and best service (last summer). I just want to update service: My car’s AC is not blow cold and I did paid to fixed it last summer already. I been use only for summer time and never been use until this summer coming up again and found out it not cold anymore so I bring my car back in to check again and it turn out they need to charge me again to fix it, so it mean from last time they told me that they been fixed it for me which is they didn’t fix it right? I took my car back not to fix it here once again due to I don’t know if I pay them again and turn out that next year will be paying again and again.

Nuh Mukiibi: Decent place. They did the bare minimum of fixing my rare brakes that were so bad meaning the metal to metal issue was solved. Other issues emerged after their repairs, braking was slower and at 70mph theres vibration. The Vibration isnt due to braking. I tried explaining it to the good folks over there and they quickly pinned it on me for declining further diagnosis (costing more money) and how my brakes were really bad. Total cost for replacing rare brakes and lug nuts was a cool $1.5k.

Prestige Auto Service - Everett

Aniket Prabhudessai: I had my car serviced by Ehsan/Ahsan at Prestige auto on November 8, 2023, and was assured that only new car parts would be used. However, months later, when I took my car to a different mechanic, they immediately told me that the part installed by Prestige auto was fake and from China-not even refurbished and I was promised a new part. There was no brand sticker, which would have indicated a genuine, refurbished part. This was a complete misrepresentation and dishonest practice. To make matters worse, Ahsan has been dodging my calls and refused to provide a receipt for the work he supposedly did, for the past 1 year. Despite multiple attempts to reach him, I was never given any documentation for the services I paid for. This is completely unprofessional and very shady. I confirmed with the second mechanic multiple times that the part was fake and not refurbished. I am disappointed by the mechanics behavior, and I want to make sure others avoid this dishonest business. Not worth it. There are much better service providers who value honesty from the get go. I highly recommend you stay away from this shop unless you want to deal with dishonesty and lack of professionalism. I have been very patient since I am aware he is a part of a tightly knit community and a review like this could cause pr damage to his business. However, Ahsan’s shady behavior coupled with his ignorance renders me helpless and has me concerned for others. Please be careful and always have your car rechecked if you have had gotten work done from this shop before. Highly recommend

Christina Barrett: I called frantically trying to get my brake pads replaced and Ahmed was ready for me within 15 minutes. He is incredibly skilled and fast, and will give you the BEST price around. He had all the parts we needed and was incredibly informative about my car and answered all of my questions, taking the time to show me and demonstrate what he was talking about. It’s clear he very much cares and I feel safe in his hands! I’ll definitely be coming back for any and all repairs and maintenance in the future. Highly highly recommend!!

M&N Absolute Auto Repair - Everett

Gahlwat Prince: Extremely disappointed with M&N Auto Repair. I went to them with a sensor issue in my car, and instead of properly diagnosing the actual problem, they told me I needed major transmission work. They charged me $200 just to read an error code, which I later found out I could’ve gotten for free at any local auto parts store. The worst part? They didn’t even fix the issue. Just handed me the error and guessed it was a transmission problem. No real solution, no fix—just a waste of money. I ended up going to another mechanic, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue in just 40 minutes. Turns out, the problem was just a small seal that needed to be replaced—nothing even remotely related to the transmission. This shop clearly lacks the proper knowledge and professionalism, and I feel completely ripped off. I do not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Conaway Motors Inc - Everett

Ha Travis: Conaway motors worked in my Audi s3. After many hours of tearing it apart and trying to fix it myself, I accepted defeat and towed it to Conaway. They were fast. Took 2 days to diagnose, and 2 days to get it done. I had originally figured there was water in my fuel and thought I got it all out, but when Conaway took it, they diagnosed it with the same issue and cleared my tank + crankcase correctly. Eric, the tech who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service. Had a great conversation with him over the car and he was super helpful. Told me exactly what he did. My float on my fuel pump was even broken (I told him dont worry about it), but he even fixed it for me when he took the fuel pump out. Along with adding a clamp to one of my loose hoses. And then told me other little things about my car just to make sure I knew about them Broken plastics/supports etc). Overall, was worth my money and great experience. They know what theyre doing for sure. Adding on to that, Logan was super nice over the phone and even though I was being a pain in the butt, he stayed professional and reassured me. Thank you Conaway!
