1 /5 holly trinnaman: Not great at communicating. At all. Brought car in to get A/C fixed, then 2 weeks later mechanic said I should have also fixed an additional part at the original appointment. He did not mention anything else that needed fixed at that appointment. Gave him the benefit of the doubt that he knew what he was dealing with, so paid another chunk of $$ to have him fix that. 2 weeks later it is fixed and we drive off the lot only to have smoke blow from the hood. At this point I have zero confidence in this establishment, but went ahead because at this point we have relocated from Moses Lake, and were desperate to have our car that they have had for 6 weeks! Mechanic offered $100 dollar discount for our trouble but was it honored at check-out? NOPE. Their quick diagnosis hooked me but they should really not be touching any cars given my experience with them.
