Mary M While I was driving the wrench light came on and my car seem to slow down and jerked when I tried to accelerate. I was in Pullman, WA and pulled over, wasnt sure if it was safe to drive. I looked up a few auto shops and they were all backed up and booked through the up coming week. Situation sucked because labor day was coming up therefore most business would be close and I was heading out of town at the end of the following week. I found Your Neighborhood Mechanic which is a mobile service and called and he showed up same day within 10 minutes. Ken is absolutely amazing, not only knows so much about cars, however also been around them, years of experience and knowledge and enjoys the work as well. I absolutely appreciate his mobile service for my situation, time, availability and convenience and advices. I appreciate how much I learned from him. He did a diagnostic on the vehicle which pinpoint the issue was my throttle position sensor at the gas pedal and sent me the report. Its great having that report, not only for my records but informative and specific. He informed me the part I needed and he replaced it a couple days later when the item shipped from Spokane. He was done in about half hour and charged me the reasonable and affordable amount that he quoted me prior. He offer the convenience of multiple forms of payment and emails or text you the receipt. I absolutely appreciate his professionalism, service, honesty, addressing all my questions and concerns in a way that I can comprehend, flexibilty, availability, affordability, convenience and expertise. Id recommend him to anybody. So grateful to find a mechanic I trust and can afford. He seriously made a stressful situation so much easier and I cant thank you enough!

Nena Garrido I got a flat tire in Spokane south hill and had my foster kiddo with me, I couldnt get ahold of anyone and no cash on me, Ken offered to come to me even though he was 45 mins away and help me out! Very good bedside manners, quick and efficient. I was on the road to the tire store in no time! Im Soo very thankful for him and would recommend him to anyone! If you need mechanic help in a pinch hes your guy!

Sean Parkin 5+ stars for these guys! Honest and up front and great customer service. I worked with Jared primarily but all the guys were great to work with. They provide honest feedback and do not try to upsell you. We had a car that ended up needing major engine repairs and Jared provided all options on the table, one of which was to just sell the car since repairs would be so expensive. We ended up going with that option. We will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future! Thanks guys!

Denny Weirich Was getting a check engine light on my truck and was told by a coworker to go here that they did him right with his problem. I stopped in one afternoon told them my issue. They told me to drop it off first thing the following morning as the would have a diesel mechanic there. They even offered to come get my truck if could make time to drop it off . They actually gave me a loaner car for the day free of charge..WOW! Who does this kinda thing anymore?? Tried other places here and one one comes close to This place. And the truck was fixed in one day!! Highly recommend!!

Rohan Sunrunner had to replace my transmission in my 2013 Impala. got a more than fair deal, quality work. quick an easy. had few other issues that didnt know needed addressed, Brent has been so helpful in solving an addressing these issues. and he is still helping me!!! what a sweet business man! his wife is such a warm an welcoming presence, Jesse an Cody are very knowledgeable, work hard an very helpful. straight forward an honest. not many auto shops still out there operate like he does. i would recommend his shop a hundred times over!!!!!

Our car broke down and engine light was on, they waited for us to get a tow and stayed after hours, and didnt charge us for the time they had to wait for us even when we offered, our car is working great now.

Anthony Fellenberg Absolutely disgusting place of business. Im taking my complaints up with the b.b.b the business Is to embarrassed to put their name on the building because its udder filth. I was recommended there by mega auto after buying a used car with a few issues. Anyways guy comes out to greet me. He knew I was coming. Took my keys threw them on the desk with garbage. Asked if I was waiting. I said yes he said it will be a few hrs. OK Ill wait with my car. The exterior is filthy as is what you would think would be the waiting lobby. First impressions are everything and ill tell you what. I was comfortable nor happy with the customers service. Relations. What have you so. Hrs went by keys still on desk. No service i grabbed my keys and left! He had no idea I even left. But yeah that place is a joke.

They provided excellent customer service from the first phone call to them,throughout my emergency and had my car ready for me back in perfect condition by the time I needed it to be ready to make it back home. John Smith First of all, I dont give five stars to a business very often. My beautiful car had a serious issue, and I called them in a panic. Atticus was calm, polite, and very professional. The original estimate didnt seem out of the ballpark to fix the issue, so imagine my surprise when he called me back and said the part that they needed was less expensive than anticipated, then called me back a few days later to say diagnostics didnt take as long, so they didnt need to charge as much. Have you ever heard of an auto repair place being that honest? I never have. To be fair, I dropped it off and gave a couple of extra days extra before my appointment and wasnt in any hurry, so I didnt feel the need to be a Karen, but every time I talked to them it was absolutely a pleasure. One of the things they needed to do was wash the undercarriage of my car because of a massive oil leak. When I got the car back, the rest of the outside of the car was also cleaned. Sure, its kind of hard to wash the bottom of a car and not the rest of it, but it felt like a cherry on top of a very good experience. Since this is a used car, I anticipate I may need future assistance, but I will be going nowhere else. Find a reason to go here - - you wont regret it.

Natasha Crouch We were stranded about 300 miles from home, our transmission exploded outward from the inside in a really fantastic fashion. Not only did they accept our car short notice, but they were able to look at it quickly and let us know if it was at all possible to recover the car. Sadly, it wasn’t an affordable fix. That being said: the crew here is really friendly, kind and gave us a lot of guidance about how we could navigate Moses lake on a weekend when very little was open. They made a really stressful situation easier, they allowed me to leave my car there while I sorted out how to donate it. The whole dang thing sucked, but this team made a really sucky situation much less stressful to navigate.

They replaced an engine for me in my 1935 Ford Pickup and helped me with my transmission on a 1950 Ford Coupe. We trust them, I never have to worry about something else happening after they fix it, and they have honest prices. Always a great experience!

C C Did an amazing job on my Cummins. Pretty much a new 2007 5.9 at this point. Dustin is a real mechanic. Exceptional work. Wicked Wheel 2, Banks Intercooler, charge pipes, intake horn, S and B filter. Complete rebuild of the front end. New motor mounts, fixed leaking seals - crank case and differential. New South Bend clutch and B and M shifter. Even fixed the AC.

Jade Martin 509 Roadside is amazing. I drive truck and was in the area with an airbag broken on my trailer. I called 7 different shops within 100 miles of Moses lake around 1pm on a Thursday 3/13/25 and 509 was the only one to answer. Not only did they answer but they took the time to find the correct airbag and get me safely back on the road at a very reasonable price! It was a great experience and I will definitely be using their services again if I’m ever in need.

Bobbi Gerlick Totally helped me out of a jam. Last Wednesday 2/26/25 late in the day,My 2011 Isuzu Blue Bumper Box truck had a red check engine light go off. You guys were my angels. Thanks so much for clearing the code and getting my truck back on the road. It made it all the way to Spokane and back to Seattle.

Ken Stapleton I have used their self-serve carwash regularly for years. I can usually get my car clean and waxed for $4.50-$5.50. This weekend the meter would not turn off despite all my efforts and my card was ultimately charged $19.82. I called the service number on the meter and was sent to voicemail. Four days later still no call back or resolution. Theyll never see me again and if you insist on using them, use coins and dont deposit more than you want to lose.!!!

Taylor Wright Great experience over all, I drove over 130 miles to the Bud Clary Ford dealership for warranty work because all the dealerships near me in Spokane wanted to keep my car for 2-3 days for a 1.5hr shop time job, my car was in and out of the appointment very quickly, they also had time for an oil change and full multi-point inspection and I had my car back within 2hr of arriving!!! As a pregnant mom with multiple children i cant afford to be without my car for multiple days at a time, so this trip was very much so worth it! All the employees were very kind, and efficient at their jobs. 10/10 would recommend.

Matthew Girard Micah the service writer was amazing! He picked up the pieces frome the last guy that didnt do his job right and got it done. He even got the dealership to pay my deductible this time. Because of the bad job last time. However the technician that worked on my truck lied on my ro. Stating I had said things that were not said to justify replacing a part that didnt need replacing. Then tried charging me an additional $238 for the new part. When my truck was just in for warranty work only. And the part that was replaced had nothing to do with any of the work it was in for. I had all K&N air intake and now hlaf is stock. See pic below. Also I was told he was theyer master technician. And when it came time for the deadline for it to be done it took that master technician and someone helping him 2 days to put on a drive shaft. Lol WOW!

Jeremy Campbell Daniel was fantastic. He really went above and beyond when my truck was overheating coming from Seattle. He was very friendly and professional and even helped me find a local hotel to stay at while he was repairing my truck. He charged a fair rate and got me back on the road as soon as possible.

Kent Madsen Really was impressed with the upfront honest service that Donny and Daniel provided. I had them repair a rear main crankshaft seal on an 03 Mercedes C240 with 121K miles. They ordered the part from O’Reilly’s to make sure it was the right part. I picked up the part and delivered it when I dropped off the car. Took the better part of two days to repair which is what they told me. They also removed and replaced the transmission filter/gasket/fluid. So far the vehicle is driving smoother. Will certainly use the Brother’s shop again when the time comes. Very good experience.

Amanda Valencia My engine light came on in Chrysler 300. I called Eddison Automotive and Eddie came out to my house the same day. I work from home so the convenience of him coming to me was way easier than having to set up an appt somewhere and arrange to drop off my vehicle around my work schedule. Eddie found the problem within minutes using his advanced diagnostic equipment and computer. He went out and got the parts he needed to repair it and had it fixed right away. This family owned and operated business is not only super convenient and reliable but he’s so trustworthy and honest. I knew Eddison Automotive would be the only mechanic I would call to work on my vehicles after i asked about something that came up on his diagnostic report and he said “if it were my vehicle, I wouldn’t worry about it.. but I would replace it in my wife’s car” It’s not easy to find an honest mechanic. Especially a mechanic who is a phone call away and comes right to wherever your car is parked. Eddie has worked on both of my vehicles, fixed my daughter’s A/C compressor and worked on my son’s truck. Every single repair has been done with the same quality of exceptional service.

Christena Delong If you are looking for a place for your auto repairs, Woodards is the place to go. I new I had a air conditioner problem,leaky seals and so on. Asked for a bumper to bumper inspection and found problems that I didnt know were there. To back up their findings they took pictures of everything they found wrong and asked me what to back up their findings. I have heard horror stories about people being taken advantage of with repairs. I am a widow and this is the first time that someone out side of my husband worked on my truck. I was amazed on how patient they were with me and all my questions as well as the things I personally kept adding to my list of things that I wanted checked out. A very satisfied customer.
