They provided excellent customer service from the first phone call to them,throughout my emergency and had my car ready for me back in perfect condition by the time I needed it to be ready to make it back home. Thank you Scottys and Moses Lake Towing! I have to mention the shop is clean and comfortable with AC and a massage chair!

This business was very honest & told me exactly what my car needed & did not need. The price for my brakes was an honest & fair price that was also mentioned prior to having them done. I would recommend this company before any other company, to anyone thats looking for services to their vehicles. Their staff are all very courteous & friendly as well.

5 /5 John Salyards: I cant speak highly enough about this place. My girlfriend and daughter have been taking their vehicles here for several years. I dont even bother going with them as I know they wont be taken advantage of as females. Prices are extremely fair and work has always been completed on time and never a problem. In 50 years Ive never seen such a honest car repair shop. The detailed report of all problems or future problems including full pictures was an incredible bonus feature they provide straight to your email.
