1 /5 D Nau: Beware, absolute thieves. Took 8 months to change injectors in our RV, during the repair they managed to get into a wreck while test driving. They didnt call to let us know, the State of Washington sent us a letter notifying us of the accident. Thery never got authorization from our warranty company which meant we were ambushed be a crazy bill which if not payd they would keep the RV. JIm the owner said " I forgot to call them" and I need payment before the RV leaves. Beyond that, on the way back to our home I noticed lack of power. Turns out after injector replacement certain parameters need to be reset with factory tool. Had that done and within 300 miles engine began to miss fire. We took it to a International dealer and after their inspection we were tod and saw. Engine coolant has entered the engine oil as well as entering the combustion chamber.
It seems one of the fuel injectors was incorrectly installed causing irreparable failure. This party is just getting started. I would caution you, this shop will do anything and say anything to get you to leave your vehicle, they may be good at some things but you wont know until its done. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Even if you stuck like we were, do yourself a service and go somewhere in Spokane, there is more shops to choose from that are better qualified by far then Woodard Auto and Truck Repair.
