1 /5 Miller Chris “MillerTime”: The receptionist Scully constantly plays mind games with my wife. My wife had 5 x-rays done one on the heart, one on the neck, her back. My wife kept asking if the results were in Scully kept lying to my wife saying they werent in the following morning. We found out the results were actually ready on file the day the images were done. Scully would ignore my wifes phone calls. Scully has also downgraded and bad mouthed us on Dayton Facebook groups and then realized thats who we were. She is very rude, judgemental towards people with mental health. She needs talked to and dealt with. Im gonna file a complaint to the state because this behavior is being a loud at the clinic and the manager doesnt stop it and neither does the administration. Its discrimination against a disabled person and Scully shares my wifes medical records to others without permission which is breaking HIPPA laws

1 /5 Christopher M: I have a major issue with the way Dr. Todd Carman-Wagner is treating my wife, today he says he would let Jess talk and hed listen, then he complained she was talking over him, which I guarantee she didnt, its the fact he wont let her finish what shes saying and he starts talking then says shes over talking him. He never once gave a chance to help her. He is telling her she is the one pushing people away, pushing people away who want to help her, which I know for a legit Fact is incorrect. I read his information on his experiences. Well just cause he has a degree doesnt mean hes any good. Hes very rude to my wife. She is supposed to get 45 min visits with him, hes been cutting them shirt then denying it. Im a witness to him cutting them short. A counselor is not supposed to talk to a patient this way, chewing her out and blaming her for all her problems, shes dealt with these issues since she was a little child. He contradicts what he specializes in. Ph. D doesnt prove anything, doesnt prove intelligence its jus a piece of paper. Im gonna report him to the state not the clinic. A counselor is supposed to listen to their patients. The patients need someone to talk to. To get it out and then try to figure out solutions. I myself have been studying psychology for almost 20 years, I know a lot about it being I struggle with some myself. Another thing is my wife is on disability for mental health and back problems. He needs to realize that. He obviously is very rude to mentally disabled people, its a form of discrimination against a disabled person which is actually illegal. But Ill be writing the state right after writing this.

2 /5 Theo Gram: Some of the most unfriendly front staff ever. Especially Scully who always seems to have an attitude. She is immediately defensive upon calling and makes no effort to have a kind tone. I’ve always come in quietly, thanked the staff and paid my bill so I have no idea why she is always so rude. That kind of welcoming makes me want to never return even though my doctor is smart and kind.
