Lisa Rusk: So much beauty!!!! Tons of green. Fountains, several parks, fishing areas, Martins Dock where they have summer concerts. Lots of geese and ducks. Plenty of benches and picnic tables. And a wonderful 3.6 mile walking path that goes around the entire lake.
Lette Cece (Casara): My kids love this park its huge lots of grass to playing playground bathroom picnic table I see people going fishing there all the time its a park you have to go to if you come to Longview
Lacey Grady: I cannot believe I’ve lived in Longview my whole life without visiting this incredible attraction! Worth the long trek across the lake! My only suggestion would be to add concessions. The magic of this place made me crave churros!
Bob Sheff: One of my favorite parks even though it takes me 3 hours on 3 connecting busses to get here from Olympia, WA. I like the Japanese Garden at Lake Sacajawea, but this trip it was closed for Bird Nesting. Too bad, since flowers are blooming now. Walking through the neighborhoods between the bus stop and lake is very nice. Cherry trees are in bloom.
Samantha P: You will definitely see a lot of marmots if you come here! Great wildlife spotting. Lizards too. Big campsites and fairly quiet. Good facilities. Campsites close to swimming beach which is nice! Jet ski rental right there is awesome
Ben Is Outside: Pleasant park- beautiful views of the Stuart range and Enchantments, as well as the Wenatchee Valley. Pleasant scrambling up to the ridge and back down, probably 40 minutes loop. Definitely follow instructions and stay on the trails, we didn’t and erosion was bad. Nice little restrooms and picnic area. No water.
