They were willing to let us get our car towed here as a first time customer when we had issues immediately on moving to the area. We have now been loyal customers for the last 6 years and hope not to need them very often, but appreciate their safe and comprehensive service.

Dogs Sherberg: After going through over 7 shops/ mechanics, some certified, some highly recommended, etc, my truck still had the same ongoing issues. I purchased it new and it has low miles. A friend who had several cars restored through JP automotive recommended them and when I received the estimate I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I almost walked away and I am so glad I didnt. They were the only ones that properly diagnosed things, they gave me a rental car and then returned my truck washed without me even requesting it. This is better service than any place Ive ever found including dealerships. Mike was great, no BS and getting an estimate for everything that actually needed to be done in order of importance, was something I had never received accurately from any of the other places. I will be returning to get the rest of the work done. The thoroughness and great communication from Mike is something that none of the other places offered.
