1 /5 Joana: Unprofessional and Uncaring Staff – Avoid This Office
I had a terrible experience at this dental office in Puyallup. I arrived at 7:45 AM to an empty front office, with no greeting or acknowledgment, despite hearing employees chatting in the back. An employee entered through the front door but went straight to the back without a word. Finally, at 8:03 AM, a woman came out, handed me a form to sign, and thanked us for filling out the online check-in—something that could have been done when we first arrived.
She then shared insurance information that we should have been notified about earlier in the week. Instead of offering any real assistance, she was dismissive, rude, and completely unwilling to help, simply telling me to “figure it out and come back.” I have never been treated so poorly as a patient.
In contrast, my experiences with other medical and eye care providers in Puyallup have been much more welcoming and helpful. They even took the initiative to assist in retrieving my new policy and group number—something this dental office could have easily done with a simple phone call. Instead, they wasted our time and left us feeling disregarded.
I would not recommend or trust this dental office. Their lack of professionalism and patient care is unacceptable.
