Given that I was in imminent need of services, she gave me options for my treatment plan right away. I would say that the universe led me to this clinic just when I needed it most. Youll want to return again because of the positive energy her assistants and staff radiate toward their patients. In contrast to other dentists Ive visited, Dr. Lyn will devote her whole attention to my situation so that I can leave her office feeling better and smiling. 5 /5 Jessa Doyle: Called them Monday morning because I had teeth absess over the weekend the front office staff was great got me in immediately. Due to the infection had to be on antibiotics before they could due extraction. But the scheduled me in for the next day. Went in for my extraction Tuesday and the Dr took me seriously when I explained my high tolerance for novacain and just doubled down from the start any time there was discomfort he used more. Him and his assistant talked me through the whole process as they went along. This has been one of my best dental experiences the receptionist/front staff were just as awesome as the Doctors and their assistants.

5 /5 Calli Lawrence: The dentists at Sunrise are so friendly and really care about your comfort. I’ve never experienced a dentist that makes me feel as comfortable as they do. I’m never kept there very long, they get you in and out. I had my wisdom teeth pulled at Sunrise and didn’t feel a thing. Would highly recommend!

1 /5 jason ulsh: Second time they have canceled our appointments via voicemail I took the day off work to have a deep cleaning done then the same day as the appt as I’m on my way to there office they called an said there hygienist had to leave and I’d need to reschedule to make matters worse they had my wife get all three of our children’s brace wires removed to do cleaning then cancelled our appointment and said we needed to reschedule also the last time the hygienist did my teeth she told me I need to loose weight and should get a sleep study done this coming from a lady that looked like a bony wet noodle that could have used a meal or two these are the most unprofessional people I have ever met I’ll be reporting them to the bbb and have also made steps to report them to our union trust we will never go back

The hygienist was so friendly and explained what she would be doing and that put me at ease. Dr. Madsen was informative and offered a number of options for treatment. I left feeling encouraged!

Britney Lane: Dr. Rhieu is absolutely amazing and so great with children. She was very calming and engaging with the children during every visit. She made my 7&9 year olds feel so much safer and calmer during proceedures as she explained the process step by step, all while making jokes and singing songs to make them more comfortable. The chairside assistants were all wonderful and friendly as well. My only complaint about this location is the scheduling. Its unfortunate that its so difficult getting an appointment. 4 months of wait time seems like a very long time to get in for needed fillings.

Bailey Harris: Johns family dentistry is probably the best dentist I have ever gone to. They always were easy to schedule with and loved the use of their app where I could contact them through there if I ever needed to. The staff is so kind! I have super sensitive teeth and they always made sure to be really gentle while cleaning my teeth. They usually had warm water while teeth cleaning, which is hard to come by surprisingly. They really care about their patients. I was sad to have to leave because I got new insurance that they dont accept, WA Apple Health. I really wish they took it because I would never go anywhere else. I just had an appointment at my new dentist and definitely not as impressed as I am with Johns Family. So if you need a new dentist this is the place to go!

Yasser A: Comfort dental has always been the choice. This location started well. But after my last visit I was very disappointed, seems like they have a new dentist that just wants to just over charge you as much as they can and also over charge your insurance. After a two hour wait, on the chair for a scheduled cleaning appointment. I was told by the doc that I seriously need “deep cleaning” $1500 dollar out of pocket estimate after charging insurance. I scheduled an appointment and requested for regular cleaning, the doc stated rudely, “No! You dont qualify.” So guess what, I took my business elsewhere and I am glad I did. I went to another Dentist that did a regular cleaning, did not think I needed all that, and smirked hearing the story and my experience here

Manifesting Magic: Had a couple sore teeth, Made an appointment today prior expecting something could’ve been done at the appointment. I arrived an hour early in case of paperwork They were over 30 minutes after my appointment time At this point, I am notified that there won’t be any work done today. Then I spent about four minutes with the doctor and I am told that I Need three surgical extractions and implants are US$4000 per tooth. Seems rather insane that you go to a dentist and don’t get work done the same day much less the cost of an implant you might as well just have full dentures. I could get past some of the cost of the icebreaker for me was that when I asked for the prices I was told that I would get them upfront when I asked for the price is upfront. I was basically told that they would text them to me. I still haven’t received anything. I feel like it’s just a scam to get your money. I paid out-of-pocket to spend two hours. Waiting to speak for four minutes. And then be sent on my way. Perhaps next time ensure that work might be done the same day…
