4 /5 Britney Lane: Dr. Rhieu is absolutely amazing and so great with children. She was very calming and engaging with the children during every visit. She made my 7&9 year olds feel so much safer and calmer during proceedures as she explained the process step by step, all while making jokes and singing songs to make them more comfortable. The chairside assistants were all wonderful and friendly as well. My only complaint about this location is the scheduling. Its unfortunate that its so difficult getting an appointment. 4 months of wait time seems like a very long time to get in for needed fillings.

2 /5 Kim Walker: Update.... After several phone calls,I did hear back from Sea Mar management. We set up the appointments for the deep cleaning,and I will not have to pay for this myself. I am very happy to have this resolved. I will however,be going to the Sea Mar in Tacoma from now on even though its twice as far for me to drive. I would recommend Sea Mar for anyone low income or with no insurance. The 2 stars is for the Puyallup location only. This was a crazy situation, and should not have happened. I would give Sea Mar in general..I have been to the Tacoma and Seattle locations as well...at least 4 stars. Original post... Had a regular cleaning,but Dr Brown recorded it as deep cleanings. I know for a fact they were not,so now I would need to pay $1200 for . I had a periodontal appt just after,and she could tell that I did not have a deep cleaning!! Now Im screwed.

1 /5 Jamie: I had a cracked tooth and pain on one side. He basically said it was the wrong tooth. He banged on my teeth and it’s true I needed a new filling on that tooth and she sent me away. The next over bottom tooth was the issue which he argued with. Now I have an infection in the tooth (jaw)I complained about and exposed roots on the tooth he was hitting with the pick. He kept hitting tooth condescending me. He gave me a referral that never came through. Even with the best coverage I was sent away. Three weeks now and oral surgeon never got referral. No stars.

5 /5 Jasmine Jones: Personally Ive read the reviews, I went in there with no expectations. Honestly, they were the sweetest. Dr. Owusu made me feel so at ease and the assistant was very sweet and gentle and talked me through everything. I wound up having to be referred since I need an extraction and its a pretty bad one but they gave me antibiotics and stronger ibuprofen to help me while I wait for the appointment. Truly have never been so comforted by a dental office in my life. I will be going here from now on as they are very professional and helped calm my fears.

5 /5 Sara Yazdani: I had an excellent experience at the clinic. Hector was outstanding—extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated his kindness and willingness to assist with all of my concerns. The clinic provided great service overall, and I felt well cared for. Highly recommend!
