Thanks to Raphael, I get a lot of compliments on my new smile, even though this is not the final process! Update: December 10, 2024 Smiles Solution, Dr. Raphael, prostidontis, made the teeth, and Dr. Kaiser; Oral Surgeon, Puyallup Smiles, put in the implants. All work was completed in July 2023. I still love my smile and get compliments but Im changing my stars from 5 to 3 because I started having problems after I moved to Virginia in September 2023. My mouth became swollen and very sore. I contacted Dr. Raphael and it took a couple of months to get a response from him. Heather, his wife and assistant was not very nice or understanding and told me I was a pain. I made an appointment with Dr. Bucci, a very nice prostidontics in Williamsburg Va and it turned out to be a loose implant. Although Heather offered to cover the charges, she didnt follow through when Dr. Buccis office reached out to her. Eventually the implant fell completely out. I contacted Dr. Kaiser and although he was very understanding and cooperative, he also was not willing to cover the charge to replace the implant. After back and forth visits with Dr. Bucci, he eventually replaced my implant in November 2024 for no charge to me. As I noted my smile is pretty but after a year it seems my teeth are not fitting right. They make loud noises when I chew and the bottom teeth constantly moves around. After Dr. Bucci uncovers my implant in January 2025, he has offered to fix my teeth so they fit better, and once I start those appointments there will be a charge. I feel Dr. Raphael, Smiles Solution should cover the charges for my teeth to be refitted, and Dr. Kaiser, Oral Surgeon should cover the charge for the implant to be replaced. Thank God for Dr. Bucci who replaced my implant for free, and is going to fix my teeth so they will fit right and wont make noise when I chew and the bottom teeth will stop moving around!!!
