They were able to make him comfortable and schedule for an extraction. My dad has memory issues and they were very kind, compassionate, and patient with him. Even having to deal with the different Pharmacy for the facility he lives at. Kudos to Dr. Faruqi and her staff for Taking such good care of my father. Super pleased. Thank you!

5 /5 Christopher Pingrey: Let’s start by saying I have ZERO complaints. In fact I was treated like a very important person. Dentists get a bad wrap for messing with things so close to our minds. They made my experience with getting dentures an easy and actually happy transition. Constant support, very very happy staff, funny and extremely welcoming at all times. I would recommend to anyone scared to get teeth worked on to go a visit SOUTH HILL DENTAL!! Although I dont know going rates for dentistry, South Hill Dental was definitely affordable for me and I don’t have alot of money for fixing teeth. 11/10 experience. I look forward to hearing results of others.

5 /5 Olivia Greenwood: I really like this dentist office. I’m generally pretty afraid of going to the dentist, and I always have been. I had gone a long stretch of time without visiting one, but once I finally made an appointment with them, they were so wonderful. I let them know I was nervous and they totally reassured me and made sure I had an easy, comfortable visit. Since that first appointment, every time I’ve gone in, I’ve been treated so well and they have always been just the most friendly people. Haven’t had a single bad experience here.

5 /5 Betty Holtze: Had to switch to a new dentist because of my insurance but it turned out to be a lovely change. My old dentist were really great but these guys are even better. From day one Ive felt taken care of. Im on from my third visit now and they have been so awesome. They make sure I am comfortable as much as they can and talk to me like a person. I havent met anyone with a bad attitude or rough treatment. All the equipment is very well taken care of and sanitized. Definitely a 5 star. Would set 10/10 if I could

Bailey Harris: Johns family dentistry is probably the best dentist I have ever gone to. They always were easy to schedule with and loved the use of their app where I could contact them through there if I ever needed to. The staff is so kind! I have super sensitive teeth and they always made sure to be really gentle while cleaning my teeth. They usually had warm water while teeth cleaning, which is hard to come by surprisingly. They really care about their patients. I was sad to have to leave because I got new insurance that they dont accept, WA Apple Health. I really wish they took it because I would never go anywhere else. I just had an appointment at my new dentist and definitely not as impressed as I am with Johns Family. So if you need a new dentist this is the place to go!

Yasser A: Comfort dental has always been the choice. This location started well. But after my last visit I was very disappointed, seems like they have a new dentist that just wants to just over charge you as much as they can and also over charge your insurance. After a two hour wait, on the chair for a scheduled cleaning appointment. I was told by the doc that I seriously need “deep cleaning” $1500 dollar out of pocket estimate after charging insurance. I scheduled an appointment and requested for regular cleaning, the doc stated rudely, “No! You dont qualify.” So guess what, I took my business elsewhere and I am glad I did. I went to another Dentist that did a regular cleaning, did not think I needed all that, and smirked hearing the story and my experience here

Manifesting Magic: Had a couple sore teeth, Made an appointment today prior expecting something could’ve been done at the appointment. I arrived an hour early in case of paperwork They were over 30 minutes after my appointment time At this point, I am notified that there won’t be any work done today. Then I spent about four minutes with the doctor and I am told that I Need three surgical extractions and implants are US$4000 per tooth. Seems rather insane that you go to a dentist and don’t get work done the same day much less the cost of an implant you might as well just have full dentures. I could get past some of the cost of the icebreaker for me was that when I asked for the prices I was told that I would get them upfront when I asked for the price is upfront. I was basically told that they would text them to me. I still haven’t received anything. I feel like it’s just a scam to get your money. I paid out-of-pocket to spend two hours. Waiting to speak for four minutes. And then be sent on my way. Perhaps next time ensure that work might be done the same day…

This entire practice is incredible, from the person working the front desk, to Dr. Ngo, to the dental hygienist Kim who I was beyond grateful to for her kindness, chatty nature, and expert work. Fortunate to have found this office - in all my years, Ive never found a dentist I liked as much. Cannot recommend enough!
