Support staff are very polite and helpful, but there is a total lack of organization in the facility. Sick, injured, basic treatments, etc. are all mixed together. There appears to be a total lack of management. Triage!!! Management!!!
Kadlec Clinic - South Richland Primary Care - Richland Harris Jocelyn “Josie”: Unprofessional and unhelpful. Four days before the appointment Ive been waiting four months for, the receptionist calls and says the doctor is no longer accepting new patients, and Ive been canceled. I was devastated, since I have a serious medical issue Ive been waiting on blood tests for. I asked why I hadnt been prioritized for waiting so long and the receptionist refused to tell me.
Besides that, my daughter needed a new doctor so I booked her an appointment. They canceled WITHOUT TELLING ME because they didnt have her insurance information on file at the time I made the appointment, even though I went in 24 hours after I made the appointment to have them scan her card. When I got to the appointment, I was told my daughters appointment had been canceled and they had no availability for another month. They also said they didnt have her insurance information, so I had them scan her card again. They insisted I knew and had been told, but I hadnt. I rescheduled, and went to that next appointment, where I was told for the third time that they had no insurance information for my daughter, and had them scan it for the THIRD time. It took 2.5 months to get my daughter in to see ANYBODY at this practice.
This practice is incredibly unprofessional and do not care about your health concerns. Choose someone else, or youll regret it.
BestMed Urgent Care - Richland Gage Blvd. - Richland A Z: The facility was great, and my visit was smooth. The staff was welcoming and supportive. The doctor was humorous and knowledgeable, a rare combination. He not only diagnosed my eye issue but also provided some insights on other issues, that I appreciate. He is kind and caring that he was willing to offer a refill so that if a similar issue occurred to any other family member, we could save a trip. I extend my gratitude to this facility and the doctor for serving the community with pure heart and joy.

Thankfully, our tests came back negative, and it turned out to be just a common cold. I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional care we received. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making us feel at ease during the visit.

Total Care Clinics - Richland atiragram mai: I visit the office in Yakima, WA (which is also great), but I have spoken with Janelle in billing (Richland office) a couple of times. She is an excellent listener and problem solver. I have full confidence in her desire to help others and her ability to do so. She’s a lovely person to work with.
Kadlec Clinic - Vascular Surgery - Richland Juanita Marsh: Had a appointment today vascular department today not really impressed with them. My boyfriend primary sent a referral for him to vein specialist and got there todays appointment and they didnt even have his medical records really dont understand why they made the appointment without records not impressed at all and not only that we didnt see the doctor but his/or her pa-c saw us. Felt like vascular team should of at least contacted his primary beforehand for records

He listens to my concerns, im never rushed, he is extremely knowledgeable, and their team responds to my messages theough mykchart within 48 hours.
Doctors Pharmacy - Richland Ryan Cosme: What an amazing experience. Diana was so accommodating when I needed to make changes. We need more people like her. This will be my go to pharmacy thanks to that beautiful young woman.
Kadlec ExpressCare - Urgent Care In Queensgate - Richland Silvia Valdez: This was the second urgent care I went to that evening (as the first one said they didn’t take walk-in’s) & the PA immediately was able to treat my injury after accessing it in the lobby before taking me to an examination room. They explained what the procedure would be and took care of it within 30 minutes from when I walked through the door. I’m very grateful for the team at Express because it saved me a very expensive ER trip.
