I left feeling so much better. They are gentle, kind and very caring. They make you feel so comfortable and really take your feelings into account while being professional and prompt all at the same time. I cannot recommend them enough!

5 /5 Dan Taylor: Ive had amazing service from everyone at Moreno and Young. Been going for years now and have absolutely no reason at all to ever want to leave! Maria is the best ever - ask her about her 73 Beetle! and both Dr. Young and Moreno are great and they make you feel like family. They both know their stuff and you just get a cozy confidence from both of them. For longer treatments (fillings, etc.) there is a TV on the ceiling and you are given a remote to choose which cable channel you want with headphones on, which goes great with the massage chair. And if that doesnt make you feel special enough, you get awesome service - Bethany rocks! They are gentle and thorough about explaining everything step by step. And then for repeat visits (cleanings) its always fun to catch up with my dentist and we get to chat about darn near everything, I love it! The lobby is also nice and they have a little table workstation if you need to bring a laptop or whatever. And a fridge with water and cookies, which I usually forget to grab one when I leave! Great place all around.

4 /5 Joan Wildfield: I like the soft- spoken Dr. Young. At first I wasnt sure who he was due to the mask and I had not seen him before; only Dr. Moreno. I thought everyone was very friendly and kind. My hygienist was mostly very gentle to the touch and not too shaming when she found TWO cavities!! She also gave good recommendations for what to do if I felt the deep, aching in my teeth. Lots of good information here. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Tiana&Ward Boyd: I changed my dentist because my previous one stopped accepting my insurance, so we contacted Piper Family Dentistry and were told that they were preferred providers for GEHA. During my visit, they asked if they could take x-rays. I agreed, provided that the x-rays were covered by my insurance. I also mentioned that I chose their office because I liked the hygienist they had. However, when I arrived, I discovered that the hygienist was no longer there. My technician assured me that the x-rays were covered, but I later found out they were not, and now I have to pay more. The dentist was nice, but I will not do business with a company that misrepresents itself. They will bill the insurance, but they are NOT preferred providers, and regardless of what they tell you upfront, they will charge you. I find this office unethical and not forthcoming. They waited until I was in the office to inform me that the hygienist no longer worked there and then changed what was covered once I received the bill. The second star is only because the dentist was pleasant.

Vern Western: I needed a new dentist after recently moving to Bellingham. Gentle Dental is close to where I live, and accepts my insurance, so I went last week. They were able to schedule the initial visit within a week after I called. They were able to contact my old dentist in SoCal to have previous X-rays sent. My initial visit was for evaluation, and was quick and easy. I was scheduled for cleaning just a few days later, and that went very well, also. I have no complaints. The cleaning was thorough and painless, and everyone I came into contact with was excellent- friendly and efficient. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Gentle Dental will now be my regular dentist.
