5 /5 Lauren Pate: Having a crippling fear of the dentist has made me push off some much needed work. Right off the bat, I felt SO welcomed at Dr. Malidores office. All of the staff is so nice and made me feel comfortable and made sure I wasn’t in pain the whole time I had a procedure done. The phone call the next day to make sure I was feeling okay and to let me know they were there to help in case I had any questions or complications was the icing on the cake for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness ☺️

1 /5 PP BB: BS place. I have BCBS insurance, but i still have to pay this office more than $500 for my 4 quarters done. I never paid that much with insurance before.

1 /5 Melinda K. Morse: Started going to this Dentist several years ago. Had several dental concerns needing addressed. Their flexibility on Payment Terms was a plus at the time. They had a package which included X-Rays, Cleaning and a Percentage off of Work needed done, however, the Price was high & they wanted it up Front and never followed through with some of the Care it was to include, like X-Rays and Exams. The Fillings in nearly every tooth they Filked have fallen out and they charge to re-do, when their Fault to begin with. They did a Front Tooth Crown, very Expensive, it lasted a few months and it broke off at my Gumline while out for Dinner with my Family on my Birthday, ruining my entire Birthday and very embarrassing, while eating Salad. They tried everything they could to justify their actions. I brought my Sister as my Witness because they did this before. I had to see an Oral Surgeon, pay for Extraction, Implant, this Dentist should have paid for all that, he did not. All he offered was to pay for the Crown, but, charged me for Post which he definitely should have paid for. When the Pandemic hit they werent taking Patients for a bit. As soon as they were, they couldnt get me there fast enough to put that Crown on so they could charge me for the Post. They did other Work i.e. Extraction, Root Canal and gave no Pain Medication, when the Novocaine wore off, I had severe Jaw, Head Pain, once suffered all night, the other time, suffered and insisted the Dentist prescribe Pain Medication close to my Home. I have always used Oral Surgeons, Endodontists, what a mistake that was. I accidently missed an appointment with the Hygienist because I put the Appointment Card in my Purse, this Letter comes discharging me from their Practice. I was to have a Temporary Plate while my Implant healed, after the Implant, the Oral Surgeon said didnt fit, the entire time had nothing. It goes on and on and on, there are alot of good Dentists in the Area, steer clear of these people.....their Dental Assistants are also quite rude, my Sister is my Witness
