4 /5 Perry Townsend: I was recently hospitalised and spent one night here. I was positive for COVID and most staff treated me quite well. However, the kitchen staff were very rude and never brought the food I called to order. They brought what they thought I should have apparently. I was told they didn’t want to come inside “the COVID room”. So why not take my phone order and have the CNA deliver it to me? A second complaint was that there was no number to call on the discharge paperwork if you had issues at home. I ended up having to return to the ER again today. There should be follow up from them after a hospital stay. My primary clinic I usually go to always calls and checks the next day even for minor procedures.
Overall, I had a good experience. The doctors, nurses, and CNAs were professional, friendly, and caring.
