1 /5 Kennan Yilmaz: My family member was hospitalized here several times. This hospital is a hostile place. Social worker wont call you. If you call, they will ask you for a PIN. Nobody calls and gives you this damn PIN. This place is like a high security jail. I once spoke with the chief operating officer of this place to inform of the situation. He said they will make the situation better. Two years later, it is the same story. Avoid if you can. If this place has any government contract, it should be canceled. What a hostile place! It needs a new leadership. People, especially the front desk, need customer training.
[Posting on 3/20] This is being posted in response to your response below. I submitted my contact information 4 days ago. I have not heard from anybody and dont expect to. Because I dont think you care and you are genuine in your response. There is cultural issue in this place. That may require leadership change. You employee satisfaction rate also indicate (3 star) that there are fundamental problems here. By the way, I am still struggling to get a response from the social worker.
