Rose Faerie: I’ve been going here for nearly 20 years. The majority of the time I saw Dr Irizarry but since his leave I’ve switched to Dr Banda. Both are great doctors and I don’t plan on switching my primary care anytime soon. They offer great video appointments and an easy to navigate MyChart system where you can book online and request prescription refills. Excellent “bedside manor” I’ve never felt as if I’m not listened to and they are great about follow up care.
Silvia Y: This was back in early 2019. Mom was there for a month and all her attendings kept her goal at getting strong enough to even do chemo. It wasnt until I questioned if that still made sense since she was deteriorating day by day and apparently no one there noticed that the plan had to change. Their pt also said she refused pt whenever he went to find her, which wasnt true. We found out later that he went to her without a translator and she was trying to tell him that she was eating and not refusing pt. Pt is a white guy and mom didnt know much English, if I wasnt clear enough. The entire month long here was majority negative.
Sepideh Fakhri: I do not recommend this clinic or any other Swedish Clinic
as I find their pricing to be very aggressive, you will end up with unexpected charges, the customer service is non existent and the business will not respond in any way to inquiries.
I visited Swedish and Dr Haris Ahmad for my annual check up which my insurance covers 100%. It was a nice visit until I received an invoice for a preventative visit PLUS a new patient visit for the same appointment.
I move a lot for work therefore I change PCPs often and no doctor has so far charged me extra for collecting patient history on top of the preventative annual check up. I contacted Swedish by phone, wrote emails to their customer service and mailed them a written letter. They have not acknowledged any of my attempts and have not rectified the unnecessary charges they have made. This is a predatory business. Stay away if you can.
Julie: Extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone to help you. The doctor that replaced Dr. Carlin is all business and doesn’t really seem to care about you as a person. When trying to refill a prescription it takes weeks or even a month even if your pharmacy contacts them directly. It is very frustrating to have to call again and again.
Amy Sarkisian: Id like to thank all your staff for your help and care so much. As an immigrant from Russia, I always have things to compare (not intentionally of course), and I can say I had never had such great experience in Russia. Going to a Russian medical center was always a challenge for me because the center itself was never renovated and staff goal was never to help but make you even more depressed...It is my first experience with the medical center in the US and when I came for the first time I was told I did the right thing and I would feel better. The outcome was I felt better. Not only they do their work so professionally, they also make you so comfortable, they smile, they let you speak up... As a person who always tries to look on the bright side and be positive, I do believe that positive attitude impacts each patients recovery.
When I came for the first time I was miserable, now I feel better thanks to you!
Dr Jeff Warner has helped me a lot, he definitely cares about patients not leaving any situation unsolved. Thank you!
I wish you all be happy and have only great days!
Sincerely,
Roman
Ben Van: It’s weird that you need to get a code from the receptionist to get into the rest rooms. Is this a restaurant in which you need a code since it’s not …? Crap!!!
