As an immigrant from Russia, I always have things to compare (not intentionally of course), and I can say I had never had such great experience in Russia. Going to a Russian medical center was always a challenge for me because the center itself was never renovated and staff goal was never to help but make you even more depressed...It is my first experience with the medical center in the US and when I came for the first time I was told I did the right thing and I would feel better. The outcome was I felt better. Not only they do their work so professionally, they also make you so comfortable, they smile, they let you speak up... As a person who always tries to look on the bright side and be positive, I do believe that positive attitude impacts each patients recovery. When I came for the first time I was miserable, now I feel better thanks to you! Dr Jeff Warner has helped me a lot, he definitely cares about patients not leaving any situation unsolved. Thank you!
