5 /5 Rogelio Aular: Right before my wife and I had to get in the ferri we realized we had locked ourselves out of our car. We tried calling our insurance but seemed like it was going ti take some time so I looked online and found Gene. He got to us very fast in only 20mins and unlocked our car easily in a couple of more minutes. We told him we were likely going to miss our ferri and had to get a new hotel. To our surprise, he came down to the deck area and talked to some people maybe he knew and was able to get the ferri open back up to take us in. He called me a few minutes after he unlocked the car to tell me to drive down and get on the ship we had missed. What a blessing he was to our day and of course amazing and fast service! Selfless guy just trying to help a brother in need. Thank you Gene, we owe you big! God bless you.
