They were quite nervous when we arrived but they were both completely relaxed and gorgeous when I returned 1 hour and 15 minutes later for pick up! I will remain forever grateful as well as a very loyal client for the lifetime of our girls!

This time its been more than 5 weeks, and after 7-8 phone calls and three messages left, nobodys ever gotten back with me again. Even though their voice messaging says theyll get back to you in 24 to 48 hours ! Apparently they have so much business they dont need repeat customers anymore, so sad!

Kiara Bagasan: Everything came out great! This salon has apprentices working along with professionals, so be ware that you’ll be working with potential beginners/not as experienced practitioners. I went in for a full dye and worked with an apprentice, Kylie, she was very helpful and friendly - helped me pick a color out nicely! I’d recommend being thorough with discussing what you want, make sure to be detailed. The only complaint I’d give has to do with the attentiveness to clients, from a customer service perspective, things could’ve been more personable as that applies to customer - service provider relationship. During busy hours things feel a lot more rushed, whether that has to do with my stylist or not, I personally felt slightly rushed. But once everything died down, that’s when I felt that more detail was applied to the job. Overall, though, I’m happy I went! It’s a beautiful salon with lots of choices and options, a variety of stylists there and I felt the passion for beauty these ladies had. Thank you, Kylie :)
