2 /5 Briseida Torres: I’ve been a loyal customer here for almost a year, and my manicures were always great at first. However, as the business grew, it seems like they began focusing more on new clients and stopped providing the same level of care to those who’ve been supporting them for a while. This past week, I got a free manicure, and while it looked fine on the first day, it started to chip soon after. I reached out to the salon, and the response I got instructed me to come in the next day at 6 pm. However, when I arrived, the owner acted as if there was no prior communication and made it seem like fixing my chipped nail was an inconvenience. I’m very disappointed and will no longer be supporting this business.
