Leiren Designs: The best pedicure I have had in town. I usually get the deluxe, but this time did the signature which included more massage and it was heavenly. I have had Vincent do my pedi and mani a few times now and he is so meticulous. The usually can accommodate walking in too, which is super helpful.

hitoe hattori: I was excited to find a nice nail salon, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I got my nails done, I asked if the large nail charms might fall off easily. The technician assured me, “I’ll make sure they won’t come off.” Trusting their words, I paid extra for the charms. However, just over a week later, the charm on my right hand fell off, and a few days later, the one on my left hand did too. Now, the exposed gel design is sharp, and I’m at risk of getting injured. Not only did the nails not last, but even after paying over $120, they refused to fix them because it had been two weeks since the appointment. They told me that they could only fix it today. Even though they admitted it was the nail tech’s fault, they still said they wouldn’t fix it if I couldn’t come in today. So I have to adjust my schedule for their mistake? Seriously? The customer service was absolutely terrible. The quality and customer service were disappointing, and I cannot recommend this salon.

Cassidy Sadatian: Phenomenal salon! I go every two weeks to get my nails done. Katie is fabulous at what she does! I’ve been seeing her since summertime and she helped me figure out my wedding nails. Today I went to get some holiday nails and I love them!

Rituparna Mallick: Just moved to Bellevue from Seattle. Have been looking for Asian specialized salons. Found this place based on Google reviews. And they don’t disappoint. Loan helped me find the shade, cute and very February appropriate. Priced at $40 for gel manicure. Seems like a steal. Definitely recommend and worthy of revisit.

Bridgitte Vocalist: I enjoyed my peaceful positive perfect pedicure in all pink. I purchased the Pink Me Pedicure to start my birthday. The setting, very girly pink! So pretty! Comfortable pretty chairs with massage while having our feet pampered. The ladies are friendly, wonderful massage and my feet looked so cute! I highly recommend PMU for monthly regular self care or ladies party. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience!

Yichao Hou: We had appointment at 2:30. They were clearly understaffed and put us waiting for over 30 minutes while still accepting walk ins. Whats the point of making appointments if you still have to wait for so long? The girl who did my nail did everything in a rush and caused bleeding when she cut the dead skin. They were talking in a different language all the time while doing my nails which is disrespectful. The drawing was done poorly and asymmetric. I did dip powder and they didnt do a good job cleaning up the extra powder left on my fingers. The residue was hard to clean and I had to peel it off by myself. Totally not worth the price. I paid $60 for this and there was no massage. Will not go back again.

amaya: I came here after a crappy nail job at another salon, and the staff and work they did was amazing. Staff was SO kind and caring, and they payed tons of attention to detail with their work. The vibe was so positive and their work is incredible. Definitely coming here again!

Tara GG: I thought that this place was very clean and quiet. I did like the private pedicure booth that they had. But other than that it was really outrageously pricey. I got gel removed from my toes which ended up being an additional $40.00 which I honestly thought was outrageous. I was not informed that it would cost this much for the removal of the old nail polish, so that was a surprise. And online it listed the price for the pedicure to be $65.00 and they ended up charging me $75.00. I understand needing to charge for removing gel but at most that should be $5-10 not 40 that was outrageous. And then on top of that they kept asking me to tip. I don’t think a pedicure should cost that much. I didn’t think the service was anything super special other than the fact that they were a bit cleaner.
