I ended up going for a complete serviced fill with designs for Valentine’s Day nails. The owner not only listened to my complaint but he completely WOW’d me with my finished product. Thank you USABeautyStudio for hearing me and caring enough to make it right! Not many shops take the time, effort, or care to do that! I will be a repeat customer! **Previous Review 2/2/25** The owner was really friendly and pricing was about average. I got a pedicure with gel polish, and i requested a Gel-x fill. The pedicure was nice and i felt like he took his time - no complaints there. Gave 3 stars because my fill was an acrylic fill. I even double checked that he was doing a Gel-x fill twice and he reassured me and proceeded with the typical acrylic powder and liquid method…. The color and shape ended up being beautiful so i would’ve continued to come back, BUT they didn’t even last two weeks. One of my nails ripped clean across and so far down that it’s painful to the touch. Now i have to wait to get my nails fixed. And it’s probably going to cost me since the nail was not refilled with gel-x.

He always checks in to make sure I love the color and length and is happy to allow me to change in order to make sure I am satisfied. The salon is extremely clean and there is a wide range of colors that are up to date is the color trends. They use all quality products! Definite great service and I always leave so happy.

Lesly W This is my go-to spot to get my nails done! It’s convenient and walk-ins are welcome. There is usually availability if you call in advance. The nail artists here do a great job and they try to accommodate the color and style you’re looking for. Prices are very reasonable. I’ve been going and supporting Hanah. She’s an apprentice and has been working to build her client base. She’s so efficient and skilled with doing my nails. I usually got for dip/gel nails and it lasts up to a month!

Mai Der Shaw I was in Seattle for 24 hours on a miles run and lucky enough to find Leila two blocks from my hotel. She’s super responsive and picked up the phone when I called at 9:45 PM to see if I could get in the next morning for a mani and pedi before I flew back to WI. I had the most incredible manicure and pedicure! I never had a dry pedicure before and it was hands down the best pedicure I ever had!!! Leila is very knowledgeable and experienced - she educated me on how to care for my feet. Highly recommend Leila and her services. What an amazing experience! Wish I lived closer so I could see her regularly.

Emma Morrow I have been getting my acrylics done once a month for two years at many different salons, and this is my favorite by far. The owner is friendly and welcoming, Her studio is very clean, and she has so many different supplies and charms! Her acrylic work was very neat and quick, the shaping was smooth and not too thick, and the artwork was done exactly how I wanted. This set took her about an hour and a half, and was 80$ before tip.

Jasmine Henry I have been coming to see Annie for over a year now. She is the best nail artist Ive ever met and does absolutely incredible work. Im fairly clumsy, and Ive had almost no issues with my nails breaking or lifting even though I generally go 5 weeks between appointments. Her hard gel nails are incredibly strong! Its no secret why Annie stays so booked, its because shes the best nail technician in Seattle. Im here to tell you that she is absolutely worth the wait, and does incredible nail art!

Melissa Lakatos I discovered Wow Nails and Marina while searching for a salon in Seattle that offered Russian manicures and pedicures. I had my first Russian mani/pedi in NYC and I was completely hooked. I was thrilled to find Marina since most of the Russian mani/ pedi places are on the east side or just nonexistent in Seattle. I’ve been seeing her for the last year, and I love her cozy spot. Its a private room, she only takes 1 client at a time and does your entire service which feels exclusive. She is incredibly friendly and is always willing to tackle any design I bring in or helps me choose the perfect one. Marina is a total perfectionist, and the results show because I constantly get compliments on my nails. She recommends coming every 4 weeks, which I try to follow, but sometimes life happens! I have pushed the limits and my nails have lasted an impressive 5-6 weeks without any chips. Something that would not happen with traditional gel. She uses hard gel which actually better protects nails and doesn’t cause any damage. My nails are no longer brittle after seeing her regularly and grow so fast! I highly recommend Marina if you’re looking for beautiful nails or willing to try out a Russian Manicure/ Pedicure. I guarantee you won’t go back to your regular salon because of how much more precise and perfect they will look after Marina finishes them!

These nail artists are the sweetest and always take their time when I go in for a treatment. My pedicure polish is always done perfectly and I always leave feeling so clean and refreshed. Selena Baby Worst nail job I have ever had. The shop was empty and she rushed through my nails. She didn’t even ask what shape I wanted before she started adjusting. Each nail was a different shape and length even when I asked for almond shape to get her to fix them. She made the paint extremely thin and some paint isn’t even covering the tip of my nails. When she was removing my old gel she made my natural nail extremely thin. Nail polish is also bumpy and not smooth. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I will have to go get this fixed somewhere else!

Allee, I will get a nail design, but I’m really just looking for a manicure that will last over two weeks and still look professional at work. I am extremely happy with the overall quality of my nails the last two times that I have come in. Alex V This nail salon is a small hole in the wall in lake city. Found this spot when I was looking online for salons nearby. I gave them a call and made an appointment the very next day for Saturday morning. Street parking was a little tough to find but I got free parking adjacent to lake city way. I noticed on their outdoor sign that there’s a parking garage so I’ll have to locate it next time I come! I was greeted warmly and immediately seated in the chair. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure for $80, before tip, and it took exactly an hour to complete. I was given a nice back, hand, and calf massage as well. The salon was clean and they had many gel color options. Within the hour I was there, you could tell there were many long term returning customers who value the staff and vice-versa. Definitely come here next time you’re looking to get your nails done!

My nails were ruined after a gel builder removal at another salon so I was looking for a place that did the IBX nail treatment which is supposed to help repair and strengthen nails. The place was busy on a Friday night, but I completely see why. Everyone there is super friendly and there were a lot of regular clients. They do really good work and are very clean/hygienic. Jenny did my manicure/treatment and she was fantastic! She was so careful about my damaged nails and gave a lot of great information about how to keep them strong while they repair and what types of polish would be best. She took extra care when painting my nails to fill them in so they looked even (despite having a few nails that had exposed nail bed and deep ridges from previous over grinding/removal). I am so happy with how my nails came out! Prices were very reasonable and for the quality of work well worth it. I’ll definitely be returning for my nail care and pedicures in the future - it’s great they have another location in Fremont as well!

Julia Chiang Had an amazing appointment with Tin! Ive never gotten nail art/had my nails done professionally before and she was very kind and understanding about my ignorance. She was also able to adapt my inspo photos to my short nails without any notice. I went in with lowish expectations just because Ive never had this done before and am aware that my nails are on the smaller side but she did an absolutely incredible job. Honestly I would have been happy if she stopped after the first stage of painting the miniscule blue flowers but my mind was just blown further with every new layer she added. Honestly, as a first timer I also appreciated that she just looked at my photos and created her own vision - I have no knowledge of nail techniques or color palettes so I would never have been able to come up with something like this on my own. Will definitely book with her again!

Maleah Fox I got my nails done on 1/22, and after almost a week of trying to sit with my experience, I have to be honest—I don’t think I’ll be returning to this salon. I booked a Gel Pedicure and Manicure with nail art, specifically choosing this place because their Instagram showcased impressive designs. I’ve always loved intricate nail art, but since moving back to WA, I’ve struggled to find the same level of quality and skill I was used to. Unfortunately, this visit was no exception. Pedicure: I opted for the Gel Milky Silk Pedicure to soften my skin, but the water was lukewarm at best and only got colder over time. From my understanding, warm water is necessary to properly exfoliate, yet I sat in cool water for over 15 minutes. The result? My feet are now rougher, drier, and peeling more than before I came in. Manicure & Nail Art: Before my appointment, I sent in an inspiration board for my nails, hoping to achieve a specific look. Since I wanted to keep my natural nails, I understood that certain designs might need to be adjusted. However, past nail techs have always been able to modify a design to accommodate shorter lengths—this wasn’t the case here. Not only did I have to scrap my original design due to my nail length, but I also had to find a new reference photo because I wanted gold details instead of silver. (Why not just swap the silver for gold?) On top of that, they didn’t have or couldn’t create the purple-green chameleon effect I requested. At that point, I was ready to settle for a simple purple cat-eye. Still, my tech insisted on trying. They layered multiple polishes in an attempt to replicate it. The result wasn’t even close. With all the layers applied, the final product was apparently thick enough that I was told I’d need to go to another nail salon for removal since this salon doesn’t do drill-offs. That was shocking. By then, the whole experience felt so frustrating and deflating that I just nodded along, desperate to leave. Now, not even seven days later, the tips of my nails are already worn down, exposing the layers underneath. The one redeeming quality is that the guarantee their nails for 10 days and if something happens I was told they would invite you back to fix it. Unfortunately, with my experience, I dont think I will take them up on that offer. Overall, I wanted to love this place, but the experience—from the cold pedicure to the overly complicated nail art process—left me disappointed.

Marianne Luíza I’ve been a client of the Wallingford/Fremont unit since it opened, and recently I decided to try the Ballard location. The team there is amazing, but for the first time, I experienced an issue with the nail polish quality. The polish on my fingernails started to chip just one day after getting my nails done, which was pretty frustrating. I made sure not to expose my nails to any products that could have caused this. I’m sharing this not as a complaint but as a heads-up.

I was there on a Monday for about 3 1/2 hours for my hair and saw numerous people come through, many of them regulars, everyone leaving happy and with great looking haircuts. Jodi Witt If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in with a picture of a hair cut. Longer and fuller on the top, short under. It took the hair dresser 5 minutes to razor my hair off. It’s way too short now. Looks nothing like the picture. I need a hat. It will take 2 months for my hair to get to the length of the picture when it was longer before the cut. She spoke in different language to her coworkers and not a word to me until I screamed as she went after my bangs. I will never go there again for anything. -After posting this review, my coworker said to always ask for Tina or Bebe. The first initial of the woman who took out my hair started with a Q.

Hong Ta Do not go here for nails- there is only one nail tech for fingers and it was not a pleasant experience. I happened to be in the area and stopped by. I repeatedly communicated that she missed several spots on the polish but she was rushing and insisted she didn’t. (See picture) My nail was slightly broken and needed to be fixed, but as you can see, her repair job was not up to par. I had on green gel polish on beforehand and you can still see parts of it on my nails below the new color. I let the tech know it was still there, but she also ignored me. It ended up just looking very dirty. She used a very abrasive method of scraping it off without letting it soak in the polish remover first and it left my nails very very brittle. It took months for them to recover.

Diana Nice pedicures for only $25. Much less than the fancy salons, and very relaxing. I havent tried it yet, but hear that the facials are good, too. 2003 - The price has gone up ($40) but the service remains the same.

Maura I just moved to the neighborhood and decided to walk over to get a manicure. They were very friendly. The woman who helped me (I did not get her name) noticed right away that the dark green color I picked looked very light so she assured me she would do 3 coats. After 3 coats it was still brighter than what I picked out but it was pretty so I didn’t mind. But she was determined to get it right. She offered to find another color to layer over it and it turned out perfect. She definitely went above and beyond to fix something that I wasn’t even going to complain about because it wasn’t her fault. I love my nails and will be back. Thank you!!

Nevrize Aydogan First time going there, but this is it! I found now one of my favorite neighborhood nail salon; let me explain the details. First of all nail technician was super caring and paid attention to details. The place was so calm and they were so welcoming I stayed there way more than 1 hr after my nail got done and they still didn’t rush me to leave while I was waiting my nails to dry. I am definitely going there again and recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Ananya Their service was friendly and the dip nails were done okay! For the cost to result comparison, I think there are better options in the area. The dip manicure didn’t come with a nail soak, lotion, or any other components I am used to seeing with a manicure. That difference didn’t result in a difference of price though, which is where my rating is a little lower. All the nail techs were very sweet though!

Ann, the owner, is so incredibly sweet and does an amazing job on my nails. The staff are also great! Each one of them is very kind and does a great job. When I go there I feel like Im part of the family. It is definitely busy so make an appointment - walk-ins are welcome but it is hard to get in without an appointment. Try it out! You will not be disappointed. :)

Monique Lapointe After months of trail & error with finding a nail salon in Seattle, a friend recommend this spot & I have nothing but good things to say about it!!! I was able to make my appt. directly on Instagram dm’s and sent them an inspo photo beforehand too. I have never done designs on my nails so I was a bit nervous, but they really took their time & they turned out perfect!! They feel like better quality too than how they normally feel when I get fake dip gel nails. The staff is also so friendly & I just felt very welcomed in here!! Clean salon & worth the price! I will for sure be coming back.

Victoria H Elegant nails is truly a West Seattle treasure! I am a regular client here, and I enjoy their services and going here for my manicures and pedicures. Lin and Cherry and all the staff always do a fantastic job with my manis and pedis. They take appointments and they are TIMELY with their appointments. I have never had to wait when I arrived for my appointments. They always provide great service. The salon is very clean. It is small and quaint. I like the small and intimate environment where I can get to know the employees. They have a GREAT color selection and they do acrylics, gel, dip powder manicures, regular polish, and they have waxing services. I highly recommend Elegant Nails. They have great pricing, great service, and all of the staff do a really great job on your nails!

Artemis Faeiryne The staff here are so friendly and kind, I got a great manicure too! Tina is very easy to talk to and the atmosphere of this salon is comfortably laid back and feels like a second home of sorts, which Im a huge fan of. I also like how the acrylic that is used doesnt smell very strong or unpleasant like some other local salons. Ill definitely be back!

CiCi I had a bad acrylic job done the day before at another nail salon. I hated the color and the acrylic was too thick. I went to Elegant Nails to see if they could fix it and Mina did such a wonderful job!!! I felt so happy and pleased with her work. I will definitely be going back!

Ashley Lockhart Great place, nice people. Lin did my eyebrows and my pedicure, both are perfect. I was nervous for the brow wax but they look exactly as I wanted! Prices are really reasonable, place was clean, lots of colors to choose from for my pedi. I’ll be back in the future.

Ritvin It was all right. First time getting acrylic nails done and each nail is a slightly different size/shape :( it wasnt very close to my cuticles and so they look like theyre growing out really fast. I really like the color. The technician was pretty distracted while doing them and some of them look crooked. I just wish it was more consistent.

Victoria Carolina Edit- I’ve been getting my nails done with Jacey for a long while now and I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful nail tech! Beautiful nails every time, and now they offer cat eye and jelly nails too. So pretty! I’ve been getting dip nails from Jacey for the past couple months and have been really happy with the results. I go every 3 weeks and nothing has lifted or broken in between. She frequently double checks that the shape and length is good. They don’t do 3D designs, chrome is extra. I usually call the morning of and see if there is an appointment available, but it seems like they have been quite busy so might be best to schedule an appointment in advance! In my experience I have not had to wait long at all to get seated when calling in advance. I’ll be coming back here for sure!

CL The owner was super nice, but I felt like he was so focused on chatting with me rather than my pedicure. I mentioned I didn’t want my nails too short, since it’s summer time and I like my nails slightly longer. But he cut it to my skin. He then filed it some more, not sure what theres left to file because at this point he was filing my skin. The shape was uneven and the polish job was horrible. The pricing was great which is why we chose this place in a pinch. But you get what you paid for I guess.

Kara Alden Cute Nails is the best nail salon I have been to in Seattle. Ive been going for about 2 years, and I always leave happy with my new nails! The couple who own this salon are very friendly, they provide great service, and I always enjoy the time I spend here. I have never once had a manicure that I didnt love, and I can trust them to give me good suggestions on colors + shapes that work for me. Whether you want something simple and casual or you want special occasion nails, this is the place to go!

Felecia M This is my go-to nail spot. The owners are friendly and I enjoy our conversations each time I visit. Their attention to detail for manicures and pedicures is refreshing. And I also love that they manage appointment times well so customers arent waiting. I would suggest calling to schedule an appt instead of doing a walk-in.

Hanna Wyland Such a sweet salon! I really enjoyed the service I got (gel manicure) by Lany (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) She was personable and easy going. I felt the quality of the service and price were really great. I also really liked the attention to detail in cleaning up my cuticles & shaping my nails. Service was not rushed but not too slow. I definitely recommend!
