1 /5 Judith Barrows: I received the worst trim that I have ever had. I simply wanted the hair in the back trimed slightly. When I looked at it that evening there was a mistake with a clipper leaving a section of hair an inch long. I found a real hair dresser the next morning who had to cut my hair very short to try to make it look presentable. It cost me another $45. Not happy. Judy Barrows

1 /5 Louise Hullinger: Sadly, Terry is the worst hair dresser I encountered. He cuts hair the way he thinks is correct and did not listen to me at all. I showed him 4 photographs of exactly how I wanted the cut. Everything was ignored. Last March 2024 was my first encounter, with Terry. My hair was below shoulder length and needed to be evened out. Instead, he cut all the hair off and created his own style. Very short. I chalked it up to a bad day for him. Yesterday, I saw him again, 5 months later, August 21, 2024. I showed him the exact 4 photos of how I should look after the cut and style. He gave me bangs, which I did not want, and cut my hair extremely short. I tried calling the manager Debbie today. She was as arrogant as Terry. She wouldnt let me speak, sided with Terry, interrupted, and hung up on me. Go to someone else if you want your hair cut. Do not go to Hair Master in Marysville by Fred Meyer. Debbie, the manager and stylist Terry are horrible.

1 /5 Sarah Agens: Says they take walk-ins, showed up 2 hours before closing for a quick kids cut and was told next appointment was coming in 10mins, I checked in to the tablet upfront and was fine waiting but the gentleman in the store who wasnt working on anyone didnt hesitate to tell me they wouldnt have any time today even though no one else was waiting and I should call if I wanted a haircut. I hope the option to make appointments online is fixed for easier way to make appointments since trying to call earlier in the week no one picked up...

5 /5 tasheena woodward: I went from waist length hair to an undercut pixie with side bangs. The gentleman that cut my hair was the best part of the whole experience. He had the best attitude and greatest stories. My hair is so cute too!!
