4 /5 Courtney Klop: As someone with severe dental trauma from childhood, I bring a lot of anxiety and distrust of mainstream dentistry to every visit. I originally went to this office to have mercury amalgam removed, which went smoothly. After nearly eight years of avoiding the dentist (yes, I know!), I had a lot to catch up on.
The services can be pricey, but they offer discounts and are flexible with payment plans, which I appreciated.
The office went through a rough patch when the main dentist, Dr. Carroll, left without notice, and it affected scheduling, making things feel disorganized for a while. I even had an issue with their billing system, which I had to resolve with extra steps—frustrating but manageable.
Thankfully, things have settled down, and they now have a fantastic new hygienist, Orleana. I recently needed two deep cleanings, and Orleana made all the difference! She was patient, kind, and deeply understanding of my dental trauma. She offered options like explaining every step, allowing me to listen to my own music, and guiding me through breathing exercises. For the first time, I felt truly relaxed and supported during a dental appointment.
While it’s been a mixed experience overall, I’d recommend this office, especially for the cleaning process with Orleana—she’s funny, compassionate, and her approach is a true gift for anyone who struggles with dental visits.
